CARRISMA BEACH HOUSE

This well appointed,brand new January 2017,modern two storey home features 2 living areas,4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and great entertaining spaces.

A perfect space to relax,close to the lake and playground in the Shearwater Reserve.

Downstairs is a bright light-filled open plan living area,with lounge,white modern kitchen features stainless appliances,dishwasher and microwave.
Its fully appointed with all utensils.

The dining area is served by a Gas fireplace,wall mounted plasma,and DVD player.
The master Suite is located on the ground floor which features a Queen bed,TV and DVD player.

The downstairs area opens up onto a large covered sun deck.

The second living space is reached by a stunning lime-wash hardwood stair case leading up-to a Rumpus Lounge area with sundeck with lake views.

This area has another Plasma, WII console and games, DVD library and Board games box.
The Perfect space for the Kids in any weather.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen bed rooms and kids Bunk and Trundle single bedroom.

The upstairs bathroom is well appointed and also has a separate toilet.

The backyard is compact and has a large sundeck, fire-pit area, outside dining table and lounge and BBQ.

The garage has a table tennis table also.

This location is convenient with access to GP transport, golf course, Silverleaves beach and General store,
A quick walk and you're in Cowes with restaurants and cafes, a Gym,and Ten Pen bowling are also within an easy walk.

Nice house but was not fully clean on arrival eg windows, bathroom had previous peoples belongings in it, and facilities missing eg fans not working, no batteries in some remotes, no bins and missing toilet brush. Did enjoy the lovely outdoor areas.

The location was misleading, it was a lot further from the town centre than indicated, a 30 minute walk. Still looking for the onsite gym! Didn't get an email with the details of getting into the property, had to message to get them.

Beautiful place, well equipped - could do with some extra hospitality

The property itself is beautiful. Very spacious and well equipped ( minus wifi - a bit odd in the day and age!), great beachy vibe and well decorated. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, however, given the price some hospitality wouldn't go astray. A huge pile of dirty washing left on-premise, a fridge full of old food, no clean towels laid out, poor check-in communication and blunt replies from the host (not very welcoming).

What an incredible place to stay when visiting Phillip Island. A little bit away from the Main Street, the house is clean, well setup with multiple beds/rooms, in peaceful and quiet location. Outdoor entertainment area was great for an afternoon relax. The owner was a delight to deal with and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great propery

Beautiful home!! Everything you could wish for. Expected it closer to cowes town than it was, with a 30 min walk. Went down for GP and uber's / cabs not easy to come round. Otherwise the perfect home

Beautiful house, well furnished, very nice backyard. Well equipped. Upstairs queen beds & pillows a bit hard & uncomfortable though but overall we were very pleased.
