Great Apartment in Calvi

Great apartment in Calvi, represented exactly as we found it. The view is exceptional, and the location ideal, if you want seclusion. It's only a 20-25 minute walk into town on a back or the main road, and a 3-5 minute drive otherwise. I never met Mme. Ravily, but she was very responsive in our correspondence and extremely accomodating. Her property agent Mme. DeLalande was also a pleasure to deal with. I would encourage anyone-especially Americans-to stay here.

Piccolo appartamento con una vista superba, perfetto per due persone. Zona molto tranquilla, indispensabile l’auto per raggiungere il centro città e le spiaggie. Appartamento carino, fondamentale la terrazza per colazioni e cene. In una occasione, al tramonto, abbiamo visto la costa francese. Da migliorare la pulizia del terrazzo e delle scale comuni. Il letto è di dimensioni ridotte, poco accogliente per persone oltre 1,80 mt. Comunque soddisfatti, il panorama resterà a lungo nella nostra memoria.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment am Rand von Calvi mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Revellata. Nette und hilfsbereite Verwalterin. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage! Alles da, was man braucht. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 min bis ins Zentrum. Würden wir wieder buchen!!

Komfortable Wohnung mit sehr schönem Meerblick

Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Moderne Einrichtung, gepflegt und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben gemäss Inserat. Zentrum von Calvi ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 30 Gehminuten). Die Vermieterin hat direkt mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und der Informationsaustausch war einfach und sehr speditiv. Vor Ort wurden wir durch eine Vertreterin einer Immobilienverwaltung empfangen und die Wohnungsübernahme hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt verbracht und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Meeresblick

Alles wie beschrieben, toller Blick auf das Meer, vom anderen kleineren Balkon, auf die Berge und die Stadt, modern, sauber. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft hat direkt Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, damit alles reibungslos verläuft. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen, zuerst Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufzunehmen und nicht direkt über Fewo zu buchen, da die Erstattung der Kaution über Fewo schwierig zu sein scheint. Wenn es direkt über die Vermieterin laufen würde, wäre es einfacher (so scheint es im Moment zu sein).

Nous avons pu admirer de somptueux couchers de soleil et de très beaux bateaux. Sa situation géographique est idéale pour visiter le Cap Corse, Saint Florent, la Vallée d'Asco...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. La vue superbe sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse du salon , en fait un lieu privilégié, sans compter le calme qui règne au sein de la résidence, très appréciable également. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Nous y retournerons en 2015 c'est certain !!!

appartement au calme avec une vue splendide

Nous avons apprécié la situation à l'écart du centre ville surtout pendant le festival Calvi on the Rocks. Le quartier est calme. La vue du balcon du séjour est tout juste superbe. Comme nous avons connu une 1ère semaine au temps un peu couvert, nous avons utilisé la seconde terrasse de la chambre de temps à autre qui était plus ensoleillée. L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie est de bonne qualité. Tout est bien pensé. Une voiture est conseillée car on se trouve sur les hauteurs et ça grimpe.. La propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute de même que la personne qui nous reçoit sur place, très agréable. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Adresse à conseiller; Si vous vous laissez tenter aller manger au restaurant U Fanale qui est tout proche, délicieux et excellent rapport qualité prix.
