Vous serez impressionné par cette belle unité Oceanfront 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain, qui garantit des vues spectaculaires depuis son balcon au 7ème étage! Profitez du lever du soleil du matin depuis son balcon privé donnant sur l'océan Atlantique où vous pouvez regarder les dauphins jouer et écouter le crash des vagues. La nuit, portez un toast à une occasion spéciale en regardant le soleil se coucher sur la rivière Halifax et la voie navigable Intracoastal depuis son balcon «avant».

Cette unité non-fumeur a 580 pieds carrés et peut accueillir quatre personnes. Chambre a un lit king size, vue sur l'Intracoastal depuis sa fenêtre, télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces, placard, commode et bureau pour ordinateur portable. La salle de bain a une baignoire, une pomme de douche amovible et un sèche-cheveux.

Fabulous everything

Great View

This place was very nice. Clean and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach in a convenient location. We enjoyed the comfortable chairs on the balcony. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The unit is very nice.Unfortunetly there is no longer a beach to enjoy.So we will need to find a new place to enjoy a beach and a pool.

Amazing!!

Comfortable and felt at home

In having a big comfy recliner, this was added touch to the living room since this made my family feel like at home and the king bed was roomy. Great view in being on the 7th floor.

Highly recommend this condo

We had a great time with our son and brought him here to celebrate his 6th birthday. The bedroom had lots of space and the ability for me to set up for work quickly as needed while during our stay. The kids loved sleeping on the comfy pull out couch and slept even better than they do at home. Great view of the beach. The directions provided were extremely detailed before arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. Our family of 4 truly enjoyed the condo and it was in a great location. Highly recommend.

Unit was nice

The unit was fine but the building is really run down. After booking we realized pool was closed therefore no beach access. Also, didn’t realize the unit didn’t have a washer/dryer until week before and laundry facility for the building no longer exist. Couple decent restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed.

Pool was under construction and very noisy. 8:30am construction noise woke us up while on vacation. Also 1 roll of toilet paper. Had to buy some. Afraid to call for fear of $200 fee for toilet paper. Will not recommend this property.

Relax trip that was needed that started off rough

Checking was no problem but when entering the room to discover that it wasn’t clean was mind blowing I understand the construction working that was going on which did not know until I got there so please update information until the construction work is done like the pool and the balcony if I would have known I would have booked else and also please spray have to buy bug spray for the little tiny bugs that were in the bathroom

Perfect location!

The property itself was just the right size for my husband and myself. It had everything we needed. And the view...amazing! One thing we find on most balconies are chairs that cause our line of vision to be the rail. This condo had 2 chairs that were raised and so you were able to see the beach over the balcony better than any other place we have stayed. This location is conveniently located to everything we needed...restaurants, grocery, etc. The property manager, which is a company, responded to my emails fairly quickly. Would definitely rent this place again!

Florida Stay

Normally rent a house inland for 3-4 months but friends were not returning so we cancelled a 3.5 month house rental and opted for a month at Daytona Beach. Used VRBO for first time and was satisfied with the process. Stayed at Pirates Cove which is dated but still in fair condition. A little expensive and especially with no pool available. Been 2 years since the hurricane so Pirates Cove and others not up to normal yet although others were. Will look for alternatives next year to ensure all facilities are available.

AC did not work , maintenance came twice, said unit was shot, awfully hot. Could not get in touch with owner or manager, kept getting Directions to talk to maintenance 0nly one parking pass, tub does not drain quickly, still no contact from owner . Great location If AC would have worked , would of been a great stay

We have these procedures in place so we can properly assist our guests and make your stay as enjoyable as possible and we simply ask that you follow our clearly stated procedures. Please note that if you would’ve completely followed our procedures you would’ve been able to receive another parking pass yet you mentioned only the air conditioning. Also please note, this condo has 2 ac units and only 1 of the 2 went out and has since been replaced with a new one. We’re glad you liked the great location & we wish you all the best.
