These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.



***Concrete Restoration:

Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.

All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

Sunglow Resort 206 is designed on an open concept plan so there’s a natural flow from the living room to the dining area and on into the kitchen. This open plan makes it possible for everyone to stay engaged in the fun even if it’s their day to cook. Beyond the living area is a dining table for four that also doubles as a game table for cards or board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your guests (Full size refrigerator with ice-maker, 4 burner stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, glassware, silverware, etc).



The bedroom features a comfortable NEW bedroom queen-sized bed set, mirror dresser, ceiling fan and closet. There is a 32" TV that’s perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. The NEWLY remodeled bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity with storage space below for your toiletries.



One of the things you’re going to love most about staying at Sunglow Resort 206 is the large seasonally heated pool that’s right on the beach along with a soothing Jacuzzi. You’ll find plenty of lounge chairs and tables where you can gather with friends. Of course, you can also go right down to the beach and play in the sand and surf.
