The property is located on the main avenue of Jurerê, 400 meters from the beach and very close to the hotel Il Campanario and Open Shopping, the neighborhood's famous boardwalk. It is also close to major beach clubs, such as Café de la Musique (500 m) and 300 Cosmo Beach Club (300 m). It has 5 bedrooms with double bed box, 4 suites with bath and a bathroom next to the non-suite room, and large living room with two rooms, full kitchen and laundry. The master suite, in addition to a large bathroom with a large spa bath, has a balcony facing the backyard of the house. In the back, there is a nice outdoor area with barbecue and swimming pool. Finally, the underground garage can accommodate up to 4 cars.
