Alquiler de lujo en el lago! Más de 3,400 pies cuadrados, en una propiedad de medio acre frente al lago. Duerme 12 muy cómodamente. 4 habitaciones, 4 camas Queen, 2 gemelas, 1 completa. 20 ventanas con espectaculares vistas al lago, 3 terrazas, 2 bañeras de hidromasaje, 3 estufas de leña, 2 áreas de fogatas.

Abra las ventanas o salga a las cubiertas y escuchará el sonido de las olas. Enclavado en una cala, ¡el deleite de un pescador! Suena loco, pero lo harás! A minutos de la carretera principal, lanzamiento del barco a 5 minutos. Estamos a 15 minutos del centro de Rogers en carreteras pavimentadas, a unos minutos de la autopista 12. A 45 minutos del aeropuerto XNA -Fayetteville.

Lake getaway

My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our time. The property was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed. The property owner was extremely nice and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

The best lake house!

The house is spacious, very nicely decorated, and has everything you could ever need in the kitchen. We love staying right on the water and this house is in a fabulous spot! This was our first time at Beaver Lake and this house did not disappoint.

Beautiful home and great location

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family of 6. Just as advertised with handy access to private beach/firepit. Very quiet location, but only a short drive to marina where we were able to rent a boat and short 10-15 min ride to restuarants/shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

This house is perfect. It’s clean, there is plenty of space indoor and out, and the private beach in the quiet cove is everything. We loved the kayaks and paddle boat. We brought everything we needed for a 3 day stay and never had to leave. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great House and beautiful lake view!

It was perfect and could not ask for anything better. The host was great , replied to all questions quickly and was a great getaway for Labor Day weekend. We will be back!

Peaceful setting with lots of extras

We had a group of 10 and this house offered the perfect space for our needs. We were super impressed with the extra amenities and cleanliness of the home. The sectional in the living room Quiet neighborhood and lake access out the back door.

Outstanding vacation

We rent a lot and this is one of the best properties and best owner bar none!! The kids had a great time on the water and we had plenty of places on the property to go and just relax. I am a avid outdoors man and every morning and afternoon I would sit out side and watch the deer come up in the yard. Great place and we will e back. Thanks Christi!!

Fun lake house for family

We had a great time at this home. The kayaks and paddle boat were a plus and it was easy to rent a pontoon boat for an afternoon. The large living room was great for a big group and we also used the pickle ball net in the driveway. The beach is rocky but nice. Easy access to Rogers. My one caution was that the bedroom situation downstairs was a bit funky - people have to walk through a bedroom to reach the bathroom and hallway.All in all, a great fit for our active family!

Great Lake Weekend property

I stayed here with a few friends and family for a weekend trip for my wife’s birthday. There were so many little amenities it felt like I was at our own house. The easy access to the lake and the multiple places to relax around yard made for a great time enjoying the nice weather. My wife loves to kayak and the kayaks being available for use let her have a great time enjoying the lake. When the weather wasn’t so great we still enjoyed the time thanks to the large porches and plenty of space in the house. Would recommend this home to anyone, and would stay here again if we go back to Beaver lake!

Fantastic Stay — Can’t Wait to Return!We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful lakefront home. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated — stocked with all the essentials and a few thoughtful extras that made our stay even better.We traveled with friends and had five teens (ages 12–15) in our group, and the home’s spacious layout and smart floor plan meant we never felt cramped. The kids loved their rooms and especially the bunk bed setup. The master bedrooms were equally comfortable, each with doors opening to the deck and stunning lake views — perfect for catching the sunrise from bed (or sleeping in with blackout shades!).We brought an oversized inflatable and spent our first day swimming and floating in the lake, while the kids had a blast with the kayaks and paddle boat. On day two, we rented a boat from a nearby marina and had an unforgettable time tubing. The lake views from the deck made grilling and dining outside feel like a dream.The host was welcoming, responsive, and clearly takes pride in the property. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

Beaver lake house

Location and access to the lake were great! House was clean comfortable and fully stocked. Lots of extra details thought of to make the stay comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the 4th bedroom can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom which could be awkward. Our kids just took the room off ours but if it had been 4 couples it would not have worked. I did not see anywhere in the listing making this evident.

Family Vacation 2023 - 5-Star Lake House!

We spent our summer vacation at this beautiful home and had a fabulous time! The home is beautiful and the view is amazing! We have never stayed at a home that had everything you could ever need and then some:). We were greeted with a basket full of snacks, a basket of fresh fruit and wine. A few of our favorite things were the large couch where all nine of us could comfortably sit and watch tv, the deer that passed through the yard daily and the pickle ball court. Also, the location is great because you feel like you are out in the wilderness yet just a few minutes from Rogers where you can find great places to eat. Christie was very friendly and responsive to any question we may have had. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back in the near future:)

Fabulous family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. It was the perfect size for our family. My husband and I, our two adult daughters and their spouses and children. The location had stunning views of the lake with easy access from the house to the water, literally in the back yard. The home was exactly like the pictures in the listing. We saw 3 or 4 deer every morning and afternoon in the yard, and a flock of geese in the lake every day. The family enjoyed the kayaks and peddle boat that was available with the property. Christie was so helpful and easy to work with. She checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. We also explored the area of Rogers and Eureka Springs. Lots of happy family memories were made during this week long vacation. We would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great time during Thanksgiving at this property. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook our favorites for Thanksgiving dinner. Christie was so easy to work with. The house was so clean and well stocked with lots of extras! We had a big group and there was plenty of space. Wonderful views from just about every room in the house. I would highly recommend this place.

Views and waterfront deliver

We enjoyed our stay for a week in July with friends and some family. Ages ranged from 9-52 and the house was comfortable. It's an older home, and a few things need to be maintained/replaced, but all felt the location, views, and access to water made it worth it. The hosts provided kayaks and we also brought our own inflatable SUPs. And for two days we had the local efoil representative come to us on the water and we did lessons/demos in the bay right outside. So much fun. Christie was very responsive and a helpful host. Beaver Lake is a great NWA lake and this house provides an ideal and easy way to really enjoy it. The home is also close to Rogers and a short drive to Bentonville for more to do. Overall a thumbs up.

Great family getaway

We had a great stay at this house! The house was extremely clean and was stocked with everything you could need. Beautiful view but an easy walk to the lake which was a plus with our 6 year old twins. Would love to return!

Thanksgiving Gathering

Our entire family loved the experience of gathering together in a new area that we could explore and make fond memories. Sunrises were amazing - God’s artistry woke us up in awe! Winding and hilly roads challenged our driving skills especially our new drivers who rarely have the opportunity to experience at home. We were all most ‘thankful’ for our week in Arkansas!
