Wake up to the sound of the ocean at our spacious and light filled 2 Bedroom Villa!

It is located on the Esplanade at Kingston Beach and is on the upper level of the main property.
(with views to die for!)

Access is via external stairs and it is directly opposite the beach.

2 Spacious Bedrooms with Ocean Views ( 2 x Queen Size Beds) + Walk in Robes.

We have single beds that can be added to the rooms (additional charge) if extra guests are wishing to stay.

Perfect for 2 x Couples or Couples and Individuals.

* Non smoking.

All linen and towels are supplied. All you need to bring is your food and personal items.

Please Note - The Villa is on the top floor of the main house. Parking is on a shared driveway (one parking spot designated for Villa Guests). We respect our guests privacy at all times and understand that you are here on holiday so we endeavour to give you as much privacy as you wish (and at the same time we are available if needed!)

Please Note - The Property will not be held unless a full deposit has been paid.

"For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts"

Terms and Conditions

1 A deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these terms.

a Balance of the rental amount must be paid prior to arrival.

2 Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Booking Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing.

Fees will apply for extra guests not agreed to with the owner in advance.

3 Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.

4 Loss - the owner takes no responsibility for the tenants personal property. Any property left on the premises can be regained by sending a self addressed mail bag to the owners property.

5 Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements in writing to the owner.

Location was perfect. Waking up to the surf and walking to lovely restaurants and coffee convenient

Beach Front Bliss!!!

We stayed in the villa recently for a girls weekend and it was absolute heaven, the views and the sound of the ocean were just stunning and so relaxing. Close proximity to Hobart and tourist destinations, with a bus stop right out the front. The villa is so comfortable and we spent so much time in the lounge or on the deck enjoying the beautiful view. The town itself has all you need if you want to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a big supermarket about 5 mins away by car. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Loved our holiday home

We just loved the location of our holiday hone and the home itself was just like a home away from home with all the luxuries and comfort. Only negative was the one bathroom and bathroom which would have been great to have two.

Great Location

Beautiful views, very comfortable and well appointed for 2 couples - close to great cafes, pub etc. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Loved being able to walk along the beach.

Amazing Pace To Stay

I can not say enough about this place it was exactly as the photos stated beautiful - clean - spacious. We arrived in the evening and the heaters and lights were left on for us which was very welcoming. It is on top of a family home and since we were there at Easter we presumed they were away as you never saw them (but they weren’t) they are very quite the one time we did ring Kyra she responded to our request immediately a very lovely and helpful lady. The apartment was like you were at home the beds were nice and comfortable the lounge was a lovely place to relax in with a good view of the beach. Excellent kitchen facilities and very close to restaurants if you did not want to cook. It was a little bit further out of Hobart than we thought but was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend to stay there.

A beautiful hide-away with a panoramic view on Kingston Beach

We‘ve spent a couple of unforgettable days at this beautiful place: Not only the closeness to the beach with a fantastic view of the beach directly from the living / bed room were absolutely brilliant, but also a clean and stylish furnished appartement with love for details. and Kyra as a perfect host made us feel like home. Checkin and checkout were uncomplicated and gave us a maximum of flexibility. Also, Kyra was very helpful in how to move in and around Hobart... Thank you! We would have loved to stay much longer.

Wonderful location right on the beach

We had a lovely short stay at the waterfront villa on Kingston beach. The location is fantastic and the view from the villa superb. The villa is tastefully decorated and well laid out with all the amenities one would need as well as personal touches from the host which is nice. Kyra and Scott are great hosts and really nice people. They made us feel very welcome, and offered extra amenities to help with our stay which was really appreciated. Can’t reccomend the waterfront villa enough and would love to visit again.

Gorgeous

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, spacious spotless and right on the beach, all utensils available for use, and the largest TV. I would certainly return if I was staying in Tasmania again. Excellent base for sightseeing and not far from Hobart city center.

What a view

We loved this very clean villa right on the beach road of Kingston Beach. The whole living room front wall is glass to make the most of the view and both bed rooms have a window looking onto the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments. The owners are super friendly and live below if you have any problems. E mailed questions were always answered the same day.

Peaceful gem just south of Hobart

The unit has a great seaside vibe and view, is really clean and has plenty of space (we were 2 couples). Kyra and Scott get 10/10 for communication, accommodating our specific needs and ensuring that the whole process was easy. We really appreciated the effort put into meeting special requests. It gets top points for being well kitted out; and having some basic food items in the cupboard and fridge was a real plus. Additionally, there were no disappointments with respect to the website presentation- for example, the view is exactly as shown (not courtesy of a telephoto lens), We all felt that we’d love to come back; this lovely beachside unit gave that instant holiday feel- we certainly left more relaxed than we arrived. It scored 5 stars because we couldn't think of anything that the owners could have done to improve things.

Excellent apartment, great views, good location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious, clean and has great ocean views. Kyra is excellent to work with and the booking process went smoothly. We would recommend staying here to others looking for somewhere to stay in the Hobart area.

Wonderful views on the Esplanade

We arrived on a cold, rainy day. It was wonderful to walk into the upstairs villa and be welcomed by the lights and heaters on. The well appointed kitchen had a lovely big dining table and even a coffee machine, with beans supplied. A handy laundry tucked into cupboard. Two large bedrooms with super comfortable beds and lovely hotel quality linen ensured a good night's sleep. Waking the next morning, the window was at bed level and wow! Lying in bed, looking at the beach. The spacious lounge had a massive, super comfy suite, with lovely cushions and Country Road throw. Kyra's attention to detail was evident in the tasteful styling throughout, right down to the fresh flowers and real plants. She was very friendly and especially helpful in sending my daughter's toiletry bag and her retainers! Thank you!!! We had a brilliant couple of nights here. I HIGHLY recommend Waterfront Villa on the Beach.

Awesome Property with a Spectacular View!

This modern 2br upstairs villa was incredibly welcoming with it's spacious light filled rooms, stylish furniture and breathtaking views over Kingston Beach. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen equipped with full kitchen facilities. Bedrooms were light filled and beds really cosy.The owners were welcoming, friendly and accommodated our special requests without any issues. This property was excellent value for money and we will certainly book in again whether travelling for work or recreation.
