The location is fantastic — very close to Woolworths and situated in a great suburb with plenty of decent coffee options nearby. The cottage itself was very clean, cozy, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and provided very clear instructions ahead of our arrival, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.

The place was quaint and clean and in an excellent location to explore Hobart. I loved the extra linen provided and the cupboard had all the essentials. The outdoor area was very sweet. We are very happy with our stay here.

Loved our week in Sandy Bay. Our small dog was with us too. So comfortable. All amenities fabulous. Beds comfortable. The week went so fast. We did not want to leave. Thank you Lois. Although we did not meet in person, your communication was great. Thank you again.

The location couldn’t have been better. We were four minutes drive to family in one direction and our favourite cafe in the other direction. Ubers were quick and cheap. And we felt safe.We loved the courtyard for our furry family member.Parking on the property was a godsend. It was, however challenging to get in and out of thanks to how cars parked out the front.We washed the crockery, cutlery and glassware before we used it as we found dirty items and dusty shelves.We came in late in the afternoon and were very cold in the property. We had been spoiled at other properties in our trip as they had the properties warm when we arrived.Lois was so gorgeous - communicative, responsive and accommodating.

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was as described. Beautiful cottage vibes and decor and the creature comforts. Very conveniently located to Hobart and amenities. Highly recommend!

I usually dont comment on bad holiday rentals but this time it was needed. When we arrived the house smelt musty and old. The house was freezing cold. We ran the very old heat pump for 3 days the house still didn't get above 18 degrees. Even the bed linen didn't smell fresh. Nothing smelt clean and fresh. The kitchen and bathroom was held together with bits of board here and there and grotty badly used silicone in joints and every other gap. If we didn't have our dog with us we would have gone to a hotel. We have stayed in many holiday rentals as well as owned them and I can say this was the most uncomfortable, old and smelly home we have stayed in.

Super Cottage, Super Location

Perfect cottage in Hobart with a lovely homely feel. Equipped with all you need to have a home away from home holiday. Great location in Sandy Bay with just a short stroll to main street, shops, cafe's and restaurants.The kind of place you feel sad to leave.

What a delight

This was such a charming cottage to stay in. The shops were just a very short walk away. The vets was so comfortable and the linen so pretty and charming. There was everything we could possibly need.

Hostess with the Mostest

This is only the second time I have stayed in this type of accomodation so not sure what to expect. We talked about the facilities and decided that it was very clean and homey - comfortable. The bedding was really nice and so were the bathrooms. Lois our host was very informative and helpful as was her hubby who helped us get out of the driveway after becoming wedged. Thank you.

Sweet historical cottage

We enjoyed our stay and our host was thoughtful in the provision of all we needed and good advice on great places to visit in Hobart. The cottage is very accessible to central Hobart. Great value.
