Amazing....

We had a great time at Taylor's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the place is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Great getaway

The overall stay was great. There was just an issue with one of the bathrooms having a lot of sewer flies and there were about 7 of us so avoiding that shower was difficult. There weren't that many cleaning supplies but we managed to have it be okay. The pool and hot tub are AMAZING.

Not what the pictures show

The place is nothing like the pictures. We paid for the place & couldn't stay. We left the same day we checked in. I tried to work with the owner & he ignored my requests. The place is not what you see in the pictures. Everything is very old & it's nothing even close to the picture in the website.

2 days stay for 8 people

Property is well maintained. The room to store the extra towels have some dark deposits which I do not know what it is. Backyard is spacious and well equipped. The 4 rooms are good, as advertised in the listings. There are only 2 problems we encountered. First is the owner telephone listed on the homeaway website is incorrect by 1 digit. however we managed to get in touch with the owner by calling home away. Second is the wifi not working. The owner says there is some technical problem and already called the technician to come in and fix it.

Not what we expected.

Great for handicapped. Great for large group with kids. Hot tub was not warm or hot, this is the main reason we booked it. Conntacted property manager and no one ever came to fix. Trash in front and back yard. Not the best area and no outside lights. Cockaroaches inside house. Lack of window shades. Didn't feel clean. Ceiling fans were very dusty, beds were OLD and creaky, towels weren't fresh, not even sure if bedding was fresh. No toilet paper holders. Only one couch for 2 people, if you have a group of 6 or 8 and want to watch a movie together, no way. Code on website for door was not right, we had to call property manager for new code. Felt very unsafe inside and outside of house. My first time in air b&b and I won't stay in another one. I know hotels have clean and fresh things. We couldn't wait to wake up on the 3rd day of staying there and leaving.

Perfect for Friends!

This property was perfect for my friends and my vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and how close it was to everything. Taylor was super awesome and very responsive which was very helpful for check-in and check out. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and hope people enjoy it as much as we did!

Only Compliments

The best stay ever!, starting by communication - host responded immediately to all my concerns. especially when I booked only a day in advance, gave all my requirements, such as a pack n play for my baby, needed one of the doors the lock should be replaced, was done right away, had issues with fridge, maintenance guy came over to fix. And in general - house was very clean, nice & comfortable, nice bathrooms & showers as well. kitchen was spotless. but the main compliment is the pool & its area which is stunning, a large beautiful field with nice grass, pools was clean & hot tub was really delicious. The location is a pleasure, quiet & relaxing. Host let me stay till 12, while check out is officially at 10. Will definitely spread the word, thanks again!!

B-day Girls trip

We the 7 of us loved the house and would rent again...There were some issue we had but we made the best of it .. 1. No front porch light. 2. No lights around pool 3. 1 bedroom could only watch regular tv ( not sure if remotes needed batteries) Overall had a awesome time

Missing a lot and broken stuff

The internet never worked which was one of the key things I was looking for on the trip so I could work while on vacation and my husband could do his school work. We did contact Tyler about it more then once it was never fixed during our week out there. The dishwasher was broken so I had to hand wash everything. Not enough plates and forks. Not all the key essentials to cook meals at home. I had to buy all of that even a coffee pot. The front lights to the outside if the house never worked while there. The blinds in the front room were broken so we had to put a sheet for privacy. Pictures showed the showers were handicap accessible which is what made go with this house even though it cost a lot more then over houses that had sliding glass door showers since in the picture it showed easy access for a while chair to go in the shower with it only having a shower curtain. Overall, was not the experience that we were hoping for and ended up spending way more than we thought and expected.

Disgusted

This has been the worst experience of planning a trip through Vrbo with this owner. This was to be my first trip throught Vrbo and with this owner. I had a death in the family around the time I was booked for the property. I contacted the owner to info him of this and to reschedule my booking dates. I was told that it would be fine and that I did not need any additional paper work as long as the he the owner agreed to the dates of rescheduling and those dates was available. I contacted the owner the next month to ask for dates in July. The owner told me the dates would be ok. So i contacted him again a couple of monthes befor the dates I asked for as the rescheduled dates he told me he had someone else booked for those dates and basically told me I forfeit my money and he would have never agreed to me rescheduled. (Which I have messages from him on this that proves he did agree) I told him I world get in contact with Vrbo to handle this he told me not to call it want change anything. I called anyway, and have been giving the run around as Vrbo dont want to enforce the owner to refund me my money as he has proving his self to be unreliable with his words. Vrbo will not allow me to talk to a manger, only customer service representative. In which that I have to deal with the owner. I have called Vrbo on multiple attempts to get them to rectify this situation with me and this owner to no avail. This is an on going situation, I believe my next step will be to sell legal help against this owner and also Vrbo. Book with this owner with caution !

Really good house for family

The house was really nice and clean, neighbors are not so friendly, but the property manager was friendly and always answer the messages and phone call. We didn't have cleaning supplies(mop, broomstick) but we were able to manage. Other than that the house was fully equipped with everything, close to restaurants and attractions will definitely book again with family.
