Farm House Flat Pet Friendly

Farmhouse Flat- Pet Friendly- is a quality self contained flat set within the Farmhouse property of 3 acres in the city limits of Warrnambool but in a rural setting. Recently redecorated there is free guest parking and plenty of it. Close to the Merri River it is in a very private setting, with fully grown native trees and bird life. (Merri River is noted for its trout and is a lovely tranquil fishing spot.) The Farmhouse Flat is 10 minutes from the CBD but close to main roads, highways, and tourist locations.

The Flat has a queen bedroom, ensuite with vanity, toilet, and shower (towels and toiletries provided). The living room is open plan with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. Features of Farmhouse Flat include: electric stove, fridge (including milk, butter, jam, vegemite, drinking water,cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and chocolate provided) microwave, pots, pans, glassware, crockery, cutlery, stereo, smart 50" TV, free WiFi, DVD player and basket of movies, Foxtel, Netflix and Disney, Air conditioning (reverse cycle), electric blanket, quality bed linen, additional large TV/DVD in bedroom, BBQ, outdoor area, and pet-friendly environment.

Short drive to Tower Hill State Game Reserve, 20 minutes to Port Fairy, 15 minutes to Logan's Beach Whale Nursery, 10 minutes to Beach, dog-friendly beach, and Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum.

Farmhouse Flat is solid brick, decorated with timber and brick with quality fittings. It is located off a service road and offers guests a private and secluded getaway. Pets are welcome but a fee applies.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this fantastic property. Helen and John were great hosts and our dog, Bing, enjoyed running and playing with their dog Jax in the large paddock. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were more than adequate. We would definately recommend staying here and will most likely do so again.
