Great place

Our family of 8- 6 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 10, enjoyed our stay here. It's convenient to the beach and a few restaurants and shops. The trolley picks up right in front of the building to take you to the village if you're interested. Well stocked kitchen and closet with beach chairs/ umbrella etc.

Siesta Key Vacation

Unit was clean, spacious, great location. Management quick to respond to several issues. Property needs a few upgrades but overall, a nice place to stay

Great place

We had a great time at the anchorage. They have all of the amenities needed for a vacation in Florida. The pool, grounds, and grill area are all maintained well. The only upgrade the unit could use is new carpet. We have already booked are stay for next year.

Family vacation

Property was great, great location and plenty of amenities to take to the beach. My only disappointment would be the beds, the mattress was really uncomfortable or else this would’ve been a 5 star rating all the way. Family had a great time though despite that.

Spacious!

We enjoyed our stay in this expansive 3 bedroom. The available space was incredible and plenty of room for 8 of us. The condo was well furnished and equipped in both the kitchen as well as beach toys, air mattress, beach cart, beach chairs and coolers. Great location with beach access across the street and close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

Very easy to work with

Owners/managers were great to work with! Once they realized we didn’t have beach chairs, umbrellas, or a beach cart, they delivered these items to our door. Prior to the trip, questions were responded to us very timely. We would recommend this place!

Siesta Key Getaway

We had four adults and three adult kids with us. The condo was huge and gave us plenty of space to spread out. We chose this as we are familiar with the area and love being close to bars and restaurants. Beach access is easy. The condo was equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach- beach buggy, chairs, floats etc. it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Nothing else we could have wanted!

Clean and as pictured. No issues with anything others had stated or anything else for that matter. Easy check in. Beautiful beaches!! A little off the beaten path in regards to shopping and a broader variety of restaurants, you need to drive for this, all else is in walking distance.

Clean but Dated

The condo was very clean and a nice size. The furniture and overall decoration was a little dated. There were large patches of paint missing from some doors and walls. The bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. We had to learn the "trick" to using the bathtub fixture, and the hot water took forever to heat up. The air conditioner was leaking and there was a large wet area on the carpet. However, Global sent someone out quickly and it was fixed on our 1 day. The Global personnel were very nice and very helpful. The walk to the beach is across a very busy street so be prepared if you have children. The salt water pool area was very nice. Overall a 3- 4 star accomodation.

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is very spacious. My husband, 2 small children, my mom and sister all stayed. The set up of the rooms gave my mom and sister their own “wing” and my little ones fit in the huge king size bed with us. There were lots of beach toys and things for the kids to play with. The pool was warm and fun. We’d definitely stay again.

Amazing

The property was outstanding. Plenty of space with all the amenities. Extremely clean and very comfortable. I will definitely book this again next year. The pool was beautiful. The beach access is just across the street and plenty of great places to dine. You will not be disappointed at this beautiful place.

All but the disgusting carpet was good

We loved a lot of things about this condo- location, access to beach, great pool, pickle ball courts and patio that went alongside our whole spacious condo. However, the carpet should have been replaced 5 years ago and cleaned 10 years ago. It is dark with ground in dirt in many places and we had to lay down mats and towels to avoid having to walk on it in bare feet. It was literally dark brown with dirt and wear in several places.

Very nice size. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Nice parking facility. No washer/dryer in unit. Once updates are complete to the building it will look very nice!

Close to everything on Siesta Key

This 3 bedroom condo is very spacious and comfortable. The AC is regulated so it will not to go lower than 74, which was a bit of a struggle, because it was 95 and we had afternoon sun. The property has a lovely pool and tennis courts. It also has beach access across a very busy street. We were all adults so this was not an issue.

The Anchorage offers all the amenities of a resort vacation and all the comforts of a private residential condo in one convenient location on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Private balconies in every unit offer views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east.

These privately owned units are immaculately clean (guaranteed!), comfortably spacious, and very nicely decorated. Secure building entry and interior corridors add a sense of safety, and two elevators add convenience. Every unit has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, complete linens, color cable TV, and individual heating and air conditioning controls. You will enjoy the residential atmosphere, calmer and cozier than most vacation accommodations, nice enough to settle into for a long visit.

Resort amenities include lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated Olympic-size pool, exercise room, FREE WiFi and his and her saunas. You can park your boat at our private dock, or rent one from a nearby marina while you're here. Charter fishing boats, jet ski rentals, parasailing, golf, shelling, private access to beautiful Crescent Beach…every imaginable beach vacation option can be found nearby.

Siesta Key offers a lovely FREE trolley that goes to the village and many other stops along the main drag. There is a stop right in front of the Anchorage for your convenience.
