The property worked perfectly for my family. The deck out back has beautiful views and the fishing back there is excellent. There’s plenty of space to lay out, too, and it’s very private. I thought the property description was clear, and it looked as I expected. There are beautiful beaches within a short drive plus many stores and restaurants. Check in/out was very easy, and the host was very easy to contact and was responsive. This was an easy, relaxing vacation.

We had an excellent experience. We thought the dock would have been right outside the door, you have to walk to the end of the property but the view is absolutely beautiful. Would certainly consider going back.

Perfect location and the beach/patio was so relaxing and beautiful. All the amenities you need are provided. Property is older, but it’s as described. If you want/need everything updated I’d look elsewhere but if you’re most concerned about location, space, and private beach/water access this is perfect. We were surprised that that beach/patio isn’t right off the house but the 50 or so steps steps around the other property it connects to isn’t an issue. The owner is onsite and was very helpful/friendly.

Karen was very welcoming and responsive by messaging. The location was great and easy access to the water was so nice. Shampoo isn’t provided but this is noted in the property description. Property is very nice but on the slightly older side. We had an overall great stay!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The property was nice and comfortable, the view from the deck on the water was amazing! The property managers made things very easy for us! We will definitely use this property again when we come back to the area!

A little piece of paradise!

This house was amazing! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect to the water and it was a 5 minute drive to the main restaurant strip as well as to the main beach. Communication was perfect by the host as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the patio at the waterside, the screened in porch and the open porch. The highlight was watching the eagles in the nest next to the waterside nest in the huge tree!

Great location.

Great location. Wonderful view of the ocean off siesta key. Steps to the ocean. Brought our paddleboards. So close to Siesta Key Village. Nice place. Plenty of room for a big family. Great owner.

Great stay.

Lots of nice features to make a stay enjoyable. The house is comfortable, a bit worn, lacking a few kitchen items, but overall it’s very do-able. It is fairly close to the street so there is some traffic noise but it dies down at night. For sure the highlight is sitting on the deck out back of the houses and watching the sun set.

Nice property with great location

Great location. Easy access. Beautiful views from deck access on the property. While the decor is a little dated and updates would help, the layout worked great for our sons, their wives, and one infant. Suggested a few items for the kitchen. Property manager responsive.

Great property!

Our stay here was perfect! First off, the house is in a perfect location, close enough to the beach but fair enough away from all the traffic. The rooms are nice sized where you don’t feel cramped when you’re in them. Hands down the best part was the back deck, those sunsets were absolutely stunning! Karen was very quick to reply to messages and was really nice! We had such a great time here that our family is already planning our next trip there!

50th Anniversary

Wonderful stay with family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We are originally from Sarasota but moved to Texas 40 years ago, came home to renew our vows and this location was so comfortable and convenient for all of us. Thank you Karen for all your time and meeting our needs.

great stay

Not sure if I could think of something negative to say if I tried. Just beautiful property. The house itself was ideal for our family get together. The location was so convenient to town, but of course, best of all was the amazing view and sitting area overlooking the water Karen was the most accommodating owner we have ever encountered. sad to leave, but will be back for sure.

Great place

Several adult siblings and spouses gathered to attend a wedding. The place was perfect for our event. The 3 1/2 baths allowed us all to get ready easily and the home and location allowed us a stress-free to prepare for the black tie wedding at the Ritz and relax before and after. Karen was excellent in communicating with us and we all had an excellent experience.
