Casa moderna, llena de luz en el tranquilo extremo occidental de Cowes. Cocina abierta, comedor, salón.
3 dormitorios, dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, baño y vestidor, dormitorios 2 y 3 con 1 juego de literas en cada uno. Baño moderno con bañera y ducha.
Sofá cama disponible en la segunda sala de estar.
La mesa de ping-pong y la mesa de billar de tamaño medio son unas excelentes vacaciones para los niños. Sin embargo, no hay wifi.
Gran terraza con barbacoa y entorno al aire libre. El jardín trasero es ideal para niños.

Philip island getaway

The property was absolutely fantastic. It was so easy for our teenage family to relax and it was so good to have the ammenities of a proper house. Like cooking facilities, hot showers, washing machine etc. Everything you needed was there for use.The only improvement i could suggest was to have a tumble dryer available, as the weather was poor when we went, we had to take our washing to the laundromat to dry. But otherwise it was great, well done!

Relaxing Phillip Island getaway

This is just what we needed as a relaxing getaway to Phillip Island. Hosts are very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. The house has everything you need and very spacious. Our stay was so delightful.

Short stay in Laze Daze

Overall everything was adequate but the property just needs a bit of TLC. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders and some basic supplies on arrival for guests would enhance the whole experience. The outdoor deck would benefit from an overhead covering covering covering

Wotth a stay

Very good property on a quite street. Nice and clean. The only issue was the bunk beds very noisy. The bedrooms are big enough for 2 large single beds in the 2 rooms. Which would be a lot better then the bunks. Bunks arent real suitable for Adults..

Love this place

It’s our second time here and we just loved the place. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the house was just lovely and comfortable. Super fast communications with the owners and they made our stay so easy. Thank you!

Great easter long weekend in Cowes

Very comfortable home in nice quiet location. We enjoyed our time there away from the Easter crowds on the main road. Great secure back yard for our fur baby. Would definitely recommend. No internet reception but it didn’t bother us being phone free for a few days.

Wife stayed for two nights with my daughter and some mates - all indicated they had a great time. Clean, spacious etc. Not super close to the beach, reception (mobiles etc) not great however that's not a deal breaker - in fact got the kids off their devices!!! Thanks - we'll be back! Cheers Nathan

Great family house

We were very happy with our stay in this comfortable and relaxing location. Lots of space both inside and out. Our dogs were happy and safe. We all had a relaxing family holiday. Only suggestion would be to have a broom and mop available. Thank you.

Great place

House was fabulous for group of friends to relax. Property had lots to offer, half size billiards, table tennis table, lots of movies. Communication with owner was prompt & friendly.Definitely recommend staying.

Cup Weekend In Cowes

Property is in great quiet location, only downfall was no Wi-Fi and very limited signal with Telstra. Great collection of DVDs to choose, books and jigsaw puzzles, ping pong table out the back, mini 8 ball table in front room, bikes also available. Furniture a bit dated and could do with a refresh. BBQ in great nick almost new. The property could do with a lick of paint and general tidy in the garden but all in all we had a nice stay thanks for having us.

Warning: Zero Internet Connectivity

The house is fine, pretty typical Phillip Island fare, and the owners were great to deal with but I cannot recommend staying here. The listing says "No wifi" but it ought to say: "Mobile internet deadspot... and no wifi provided" We have plans on Telstra and Optus and neither could get a signal to use mobile data - in 2023 that's just not good enough. Something like that needs to be explicit in the advert. I was planning on getting some work done in the evenings but instead had to drive to Cowes to get my email - don't even think about trying to connect to a server or VM! Along with being unable to work we also couldn't check the weather / opening hours, order a take-away, watch Netflix etc - you realise how much we take connectivity for granted when it's suddenly unavailable. It would be a very small outlay for the owners to provide a courtesy NBN connection for a mere $80 a month (approx 1% of a months rental charges) but unlikely to happen because Phillip Island is all about minimal effort. Thanks anyway

Wost holiday, very dirty ..

Not happy at all .. from the moment i step in could see this place so dirty .. kids took shoes off .. n ended up with feet looking like they been walkimg on dust .. pee stain on matress.. blankets with stain like vomit .. double bed one leg keps almost comimg out had to make sure it didn't fall off all the time .. bad dust all over the house mainly under/ beside beds.. seems like nobody cleans after .. kitchen floor very sticky with oil .. it doesn't seems like nobody moops ..due to the dust in the other rooms where bank beds dust n moldy windows had to sleep with my 3 kids in the living room floor for the entire 5 days .. also ended up doing deep clean on the doube bed room .. lifting matress up due to spider crawling on the first night n dust behind the carboard .. i do have videos to show how bad this experience was .. kids kept complaiming about how dirty it was n did not want to b3 in any room but living room all the time ... did see review about been dirty but didmt believe it .. that it was gona be true .. could not moop due to moop falling apart in pieces as the sponge been so old .. has to actually use a top of my own to moop the floor to makimg sure my baby could be put on the floor ... due to my baby having asthma.. the worst

Relaxed beach house

I recently stayed for two nights with my husband and adult daughter. The house has a really relaxed feel which made us all feel very at home and comfortable. It has everything you need, there is a large selection of books as well as dvds and board games, along with wii console a pool and table tennis there is always something to do. The deck is large and gets beautiful morning sun so it was a great place for my morning cuppa. The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure. I highly recommend 👍

Family getaway

The property was perfect for our needs. We had ample space, backyard was great for our dog, we loved the pool table. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed. The street was so quiet and a great location We would definitely come back again.

Worth it

Its unfair to complain about the cleanliness. The house has dust the moment you vacuum it is just that kind of house after the build was completed. Overall it was more then clean enough for us to enjoy ourselves and everything was great for the kids. Awesome setup

Great stay in a quiet neighbourhood

A perfect size place for a group of 6. Whilst we didn’t spend much time at the house due to playing golf and attending a wedding we had everything we needed. The block is big and only a 3 min drive to the Main Street in Cowes. I definitely recommend it.👍
