Nestled in a quiet street only a few minutes stroll to the beautiful Noosa River, shopping centre and all the wonderful restaurants and shops of Gympie Terrace and surrounds, this delightfully designed, 2 level, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern duplex is the perfect getaway to relax, but close enough to every exciting activity Noosa has to offer.
Spacious open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, and much more make this holiday house the absolute ideal location for a small group or family holiday, or simply a romantic getaway for two.

This property will tick all your holiday boxes or for an extended getaway from cooler climates - downstairs is the Master bedroom with ensuite, open plan kitchen / living / dining area with sliding doors opening out onto your furnished patio overlooking the garden. Upstairs are the two other bedrooms (one with it's own balcony) which share a bathroom.
Pets (quiet & well trained) are allowed but only on the condition that specific arrangements have been made with the owner in writing with breed and age of your pet - SORRY, NO PUPPIES OR CATS. Upon approval the animals are not permitted on the furniture or upstairs area. BYO pet bedding, pets to remain outside undercover or in garage when owners are not in attendance. For the comfort of our neighbors please ensure that you refrain your dogs from barking. Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property. $80 per pet per stay applies.

Excellent location! Excellent property!
What a wonderful quiet location for our family holiday. We walked each afternoon for our sunset drink by the river while the boys and the dog went for a swim. The house was clean, beds very comfortable and everything we needed was provided, even a doggie bed. Looking forward to our next stay.

Location is close to shops and in a quiet location. Noosaville and Noosa Heads are areas that are great to visit.
Host was really helpful and fixed a couple of unexpected little problems we experienced.
In a good suburb, close to amenities. Accommodation comfortable, beds were great. Overall it suited our requirements had everything we needed. Property Management was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue. Will stay again
This is our 2nd time that we have stayed and again we had a great time. Really clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. Our host, Dianne went above and beyond to replace a faulty aircon unit prior to our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Relaxing in Noosaville
Great townhouse, fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to the heart of Noosaville. A short stroll to the river or great just walking around the canal homes. Fully fenced back yard for your dog. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay. Very peaceful.

We were a group of 4 adults, 2 small kids and a dog and the property was just perfect for our needs! It's very well equipped, has a smart layout and is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still so close (walking distance) to the river and shops. Communication with Dianne was easy too. I would 100% stay here again and can't wait to return.

It was lovely to find a roomy and well set up apartment that was also pet friendly and secure for the dog.
The apartment was also just 2 minutes from doctor and supermarket and just a minute or so more to the Noosa River.
We think this was a great find and definitely hope to stay there again.
Seamless communication with the owner was another plus.
We enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker. Great amenities and everything you need for a family. Good location - easy walk to the Noosa river (beaches are quick drive away). Amazing we could bring our dog, backyard secure and well fenced.
The property is an older style but appropriately priced and all in working order.
Only suggestion would be air con in upstairs bedrooms as they do get warm in the afternoons and curtains upstairs instead of blinds as the rooms (upstairs) are quite light. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs at the property. It had everything we needed to be fully self contained and had space for our Winni and Stella. The property was clean and well presented and in a lovely quiet street, yet still close to everything we needed and wanted. Thank you for a lovely stay and for letting us bring our fur babies with us!
Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean townhouse close to river and shops. Kids and dog enjoyed the backyard. Really appreciated the puzzles and games for the kids on those rainy days.
Very clean, comfortable and quiet holiday home, close to everything. The king size bed is awesome and I love that they allow dogs! The treats on arrival were very much appreciated too.
The house was very well equiped, clean and spacious in a quiet location 5 minutes walk from the Noosa river, cafe’s and restaurants. The owner was in touch to check everything was ok.
The house was ideal for our needs. It's in a great location, just a couple of minutes back from the centre of Noosaville. There was lots of room in the garden for our dog too.
