On the entry level you will find Bedroom1 with a king size bed, ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and Bedroom 4 with a king size bed and ensuite.

Upstairs is open plan with an wood fire place, lounge with large television with Foxtel. The large undercover deck with outdoor setting for 10 people comes complete with cane lounges. Kitchen is galley style and very well equipped.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Recreation room with billiard table. No Garage parking. Surfboards etc., are not to be stored on Billiard Table.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
