When you're not relaxing at the beach or unwinding in this cozy townhouse, take the water taxi and see the local sites along the intracoastal waterways.

Pool Paradise by the Sea is the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends between beach adventures. With an unbeatable location, comfortable furnishings, and private pool, this townhouse will keep you coming back for more!

The living room has a relaxing sofa, loveseat, chair and flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps. Open the sliding glass doors to walk out to the pool for relaxation. Please note, furnishings are updated periodically due to wear and tear therefore newer items may have been placed in the property and not updated in the photos.

Walk into the fully equipped kitchen to pack up some snacks for a day at the beach. After a day of fun in the sun, the well-appointed cooking space is more than ready to help you prepare dinner!

With a full en suite in both bedrooms, a queen pullout sofa in the loft area, everyone in your group will find sleep with ease!

With only 2 blocks between you and the beach, you'll be able to make every moment count! There is also a park with a playground, basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts nearby.

-Your safety matters. There are external security cameras, however these cameras do not look into any interior spaces. For safety reasons, the pool is within the coverage area of the exterior camera.

Perfect Lauderdale by the Sea spot

Truly, we loved staying here and found everything perfect. Great location, you can walk everywhere, adorable place for us and two younger kids. Booked for the spring already!

Great Stay

We loved everything about the property. Like other reviews mention, it was close to everything, clean, pool was great, and owner was very responsive. The included beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and wagon, made making it the 2 blocks to the beach very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break Get Away

This house was just perfect for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and had more than what we anticipated. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon was in great shape and perfect for our days at the beach. They even had a bag cooler that we could use. The location worked well for us as it was a short walk to the beach. They neighborhood was very quiet which was a bonus. The added perks of TP, PT, dish tabs and laundry soap was really nice, although I did buy some of those items in our grocery order, thinking that they would be our responsibility. We also appreciated bathrooms were very clean and updated with newer fixtures. The take away was a very nice stay and worked very well for our stay.

Fabulous vacay

This is a fantastic townhome and the pictures don't do it justice. It is a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach and any and everything you would want to do. The only downside to this property is that the neighbors clearly do not want renter's. My son and his buddy were in the pool swimming about 10:45 p.m. and they were not being loud, just talking and laughing some and one of the neighbors called and complained. Quiet hours are after 10 p.m. we had no issues at all during the week when this would occur, but got complained on on Friday night. If it were not for being on guard with the neighbors the whole time, this would have been a fantastic property. The neighbors actually live there and there is a homeowners association which manages everything. The neighbors clearly do not want renter's though.

To clarify, the HOA does not control the rentals of the property, however we ask that all guests adhere to our policies and be mindful that there are full-time residents within the small community. The quiet hours that you mentioned are set by the City as part of the noise ordinance/code enforcement and they respond to noise violations that get out of control. We appreciate your response to the noise violation that occurred during the designated quiet hours. Thank you

Phenomenal Family Vacation

Overall this place was awesome! The location is perfect, a short walk to anything the town has to offer and being right next to the park is a big bonus if you have kids. The property was exceptionally clean and offered even more amenities than described. The best part of it all was the owner Evon. Her communication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable experience is beyond words. We will definitely book again.

Excellent for families with teens and young adults!

Our family of six stayed over Christmas week. They accommodations were as stated. Kitchen was stocked nicely for cooking meals when we wanted to. What we liked best was everything was close (beach, restaurant etc.) so independent young adults could have freedom to come and go just by walking a couple blocks. Evon(owner) is also an excellent communicator and makes sure you have all the info. you need for worry free stay!
