This property is beautiful and my family enjoyed our stay very much! It is close to the beach and great restaurants. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, etc. and the washer/dryer works well. The host kept me informed and if I had a question or needed something, she answered quickly. I would recommend this property!

5 star EVERYTHING- property is gorgeous, clean, laid out perfectly, with everything but your toothbrush. Location tranquil and far enough and close enough to the shops and center of LBTS. Hostess cares and responds to all your needs. Will be back soon :)

A group of 10 girls stayed at this house for our trip, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house was beautiful and even better than we expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was also a great value for the money considering how nice the home was and all the amenities provided.Andree was an amazing host. She was a wonderful communicator and made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. She responded quickly to any questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay again!

Great property near the beach and restaurant

Our family loved our stay in Lauderdale by the sea. The property was clean with a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The host was easy to work with.

The neighborhood was quiet, yet a short walk to all the action and a short drive to the beach! Lovely restaurants within walking distance too.The house was fabulous, clean, so many options for hanging out and areas to eat. The best was the outdoor space with tables & many different chairs (straight, rocker, Adirondeck & lounge) and the beautiful pool.

Awesome location!!

We came to celebrate thanksgiving with the family and couldn’t ask for better location. Walk to beach, restaurants, gelato and pastries at night and then night swimming in the heated pool! Great stay hope to be back next year!

Beautiful property, excellent host!

This property was spectacular, very clean, modern, and Andree was a great host. We stayed for 3 weeks, and plan to come back next year! Excellent property for infants / kids as the house has lots of pool toys, a crib, infant toys, etc.

Great stay....everything as promised!

I coordinated this VRBO stay for 10 family members to celebrate the holidays. The house is as perfect as described, location is great and Andree is very prompt to answer questions from the booking through the stay. If I’m ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here or in another property owned by Andree again.

Perfect for my family!

The home is very clean and so well stocked. The location is perfect ~ walk to dinning, and shopping. The beach is a good 1/2 mile from the home, so you can walk but challenging with all the children toys. We have found our annual place to stay!

Great Vacation!

We had a great stay! The owner made the check in process very easy and responded to our questions promptly. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything that we needed. We loved swimming in the pool and the beach was a quick walk a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend!

Great time in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was clean, organized, and worked well for our group that included many different ages. The owner was easy to work with too. The location was great, and we enjoyed the pool. We would look to come back if we want to vacation in this area again!

Great property in a great location!

Beautiful, impeccably kept home. Very child friendly. We traveled with our grown children and 2 grandchildren under 2. Very spacious and great floor plan. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and open air bars near the house. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lauderdale By The Sea is very unique, because you can walk to everything from the house. I grew up as a child in this town and I love how it continuously grows. It gives me great pleasure to make people feel welcomed, to feel right at home. The neighborhood is high end, you will feel right at home, the town provides great security, it’s a very quiet neighborhood and yet from the house you can walk to the beach, be in all the action with all the different varieties of restaurants to choose from and when you’ve had enough, you walk back to your quiet private oasis.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The House is Walking distance to the beach, fishing pier, shopping, restaurants, bars, bakery's, kids playgrounds, basketball courts, ice cream shops, live musicians during peak season, as well the backyard is fully gated by the pool area and is very quiet and private.

Yes you can walk from the house to everything!!
From the house to the beach is approximately an 8 to 12 minute walk depending on your pace and is including 40 + different varieties of restaurants in town to choose from such as Italian cafés, Mexican, to BurgerFi, to Italian food, Home made Kilwins Ice Cream shop, to rest Kaluz American cuisine, and great seafood and steak restaurants, just think of it and you’ll find it.
Let’s not forget the shopping, hardware stores, , bicycle rentals, spas, food shopping, the town has everything, and all walkable from the house.
