The Stella Beach House is just beautiful with panoramic water views throughout and a fabulous new kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the house sleeps 6. Everything you would possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach.



The Space:

This beautiful beach house directly on the beach offers spectacular views. The location is vital because you are not only beachfront but also five minutes from Sound Ave, where the vineyards and farm stands begin. There is so much to see and do. What a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends!



Outside there is a huge deck with dining table as well as a gas barbecue and a couple of lounge chairs to enjoy. When on the beach, we have a couple of kayaks and a standup paddleboard and on the lower deck there are a couple of picnic tables which is just a few steps from the beach.



The full playground and a 5-star restaurant and bar lounge are steps away from the beach house! Visit the great Long Island wineries and farm stands that begin just five minutes from the house.



Wine touring is also fantastic here on the North Fork and you can come back to a river rock fireplace with a nice glass of wine. It's just lovely. This is the perfect getaway for any occasion or for any season. You can even have a lobster bake or meals delivered by one of our local great caterers. Everything you would possibly need and want is here for you!

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
