Martim de Sá Beautiful house in condominium approx. 500m from the beach- Walk to the beach
THE HOUSE IS IN CONDOMINIUM. In the condominium has 5 more houses, the house is new (we took the keys at the end of Oct / 13), she is very good and beautiful. It is approx. 500m from Martim de Sá beach, quiet and super close to walk and leave the car at the house !!! It is the most popular beach in Caraguatatuba. The beach has bike path and is one of the best with infrastructure (near supermarket, bakery, convenience store, ice cream shop, etc.).-Excellent location!
The house has 8 accommodations accommodating a maximum of 8 people (5 and 3 children - family), or we can analyze each case by informing the ages of ALL who will go in the house. However on the website of the rental season is for up to 6 people (ADULTS or CHILDREN - being family or couples over 30 years). If you are an extra person (up to 8 people - whether adults or children) we need to know first, as we charge an additional amount, which will be analyzed and informed, and can not exceed the limit of the number of people in the house. If the number of people is breached, the lessee must immediately leave the property and pay a fine of $ 500.00 per person who added the extra, for breach of contract
If your check in and out is different, we can analyze each case and pass differently before closing. For that talk to us before.

-2 rooms the rooms have ceiling fan (has 8 accommodations, of which: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed in each room) - NOTE: in one of the rooms we bought a double bed with box springs on 11/18/2016

Minha casa favorita e preço justo
É a terceira vez que fui, desta vez fui só com minha família, e sempre vejo melhorando a casa. Desta vez, colocaram em um dos quartos cama Box, adorei porque fomos um dos primeiros a estrear a cama nova...rs.. por isso, é minha casa preferida em caraguá, pelo preço justo, sempre melhorando, conforto e perto da praia! Obrigada por sempre nos receber bem!

Linda, confortável e próximo da praia! Nota 10!
Parabéns pela limpeza, a casa é espetacular! Tudo novo! Fica bem próximo da praia, e fomos a pé. Realmente a casa é como vemos nas fotos, lindinha, aconchegante e arejada. Adoramos e usamos muito a churrasqueira e o quarto é muito confortável e bem ventilado. Ótima localização na praia Martim de Sá! Minha família simplesmente amou a casa e com certeza vamos voltar! Dona Elza é uma simpatia!

recomendo
casa muito bem localizada perto da praia , casa em bom estado, para melhorar seria os colchões, as tomadas que sao todas 220 teria que ter pelo menos umas 2 tomadas 110 .

obrigada pela sua avaliação. Infelizmente as casas em Caraguá, inclusive hotéis são 220v, informamos anteriormente no contrato, portanto, caso necessitem podem trazer um transformador, sem problemas. Em relação aos colchões, eles são novos, apenas 1 ano e meio de uso, nenhum está rasgado, compramos assim que pegamos a casa nova . Agradecemos a sua avaliação, e pensamos futuramente em colocar colchões em box na cama de casal, já que sempre estamos melhorando a casa, mas isso pode aumentar o valor, já que hoje fizemos um valor popular para vocês. Obrigada e espero que voltem!
