Quiet place where you enjoy a delicious beach which is Maranduba beach (nicknamed by the sape beach caiçaras) EXCELLENT for children, the elderly and without leaving the space for those who love surfing.
The Condominium has a sports court, playground, adult and children's pool, barbecue grills and we are 150 meters from the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (access by stairs).

Apartamento bem equipado
O apartamento é ótimo, tem tudo que vc precisa, é próximo da praia, muito confortável... Os pontos ruim são que não tem wi-fi, a churrasqueira é muito difícil agendar e fica no último andar com acesso apenas por escada. Mas do contrário atendeu nossas necessidades.

Obrigada, pela sua estadia. Estamos estudando o caso da internet para o próximo ano mas creio que agregaram um custo a mais na diária, visto que o apt° permanece fechado uma boa parte do ano. Qto as estadas estamos no 3° andar conforme mencionei no anuncio para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção.
