Maranduba the best beach on the North Coast - Ubatuba - Cond. Manhattan

Quiet place where you enjoy a delicious beach which is Maranduba beach (nicknamed by the sape beach caiçaras) EXCELLENT for children, the elderly and without leaving the space for those who love surfing.
The Condominium has a sports court, playground, adult and children's pool, barbecue grills and we are 150 meters from the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (access by stairs).
Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 suite with air conditioning and fan in every room.

O condomínio Manhattan é muito bem localizado. Tem um grande supermercado bem próximo. As várias praias são limpas e lindas. Ao adentrar ao apartamento gostei da limpeza. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, a cozinha é toda equipada, os quartos são bem arejados. Minha filha e sobrinhas amaram a piscina e o salão de jogos. Curtiram muito A Lúcia é muito atenciosa e sanou minhas dúvidas prontamente. Estou muito agradecida!

Apartamento bem equipado

O apartamento é ótimo, tem tudo que vc precisa, é próximo da praia, muito confortável... Os pontos ruim são que não tem wi-fi, a churrasqueira é muito difícil agendar e fica no último andar com acesso apenas por escada. Mas do contrário atendeu nossas necessidades.
