Esta es una hermosa vista intracostera de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con impresionantes vistas de la puesta de sol y los barcos que navegan por el canal intracostero.

Esta unidad cuenta con una cocina inspirada en un chef gourmet con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y cada pieza de utensilios de cocina que su corazón pueda desear para que se sienta como en casa y en el balcón hay una hermosa parrilla Jenn-Air. El área de la cocina tiene una barra superior con capacidad para 2 y una mesa de comedor alta con capacidad para 6.

Esta unidad cuenta con una gran suite principal y baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha, lavabos Jack & Jill y una entrada privada al balcón. Dentro de la suite principal hay un televisor de pantalla plana con cable.

En el segundo dormitorio, cuenta con una cama individual independiente, con una cama litera doble sobre litera completa con capacidad para 5. Esta habitación cuenta con TV de pantalla plana con cable y entrada privada al balcón y al baño de visitas.

La sala de estar cuenta con magníficos muebles, el gran sofá es un sofá cama doble, con un love love a juego y una hermosa silla decorativa. Hay una televisión inteligente de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar, así como una entrada al balcón.

El balcón tiene hermosas vistas de la puesta de sol y de la vía fluvial intracostera, donde podrá ver hermosos yates deslizarse por el agua mientras observa la puesta de sol. Hay una mesa alta de mimbre con capacidad para 4 y un banco de picnic con asientos para otros 4.


El complejo cuenta con un hermoso gimnasio frente al mar completo con equipo cardiovascular que tiene pequeños accesorios de televisión, equipo de elevación completo y una sauna caliente. Hay un porche con asientos en el patio para más de 12 invitados en el lado oeste del sol. La sala comunitaria frente al mar tiene suficientes asientos para varias familias y cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 70 pulgadas con cable y una mesa de billar.

Hay un centro de conferencias con una impresora A para aquellos de ustedes que trabajan mientras están de vacaciones.

La piscina es una piscina infinita climatizada de 70 pies con vista al océano y en el extremo opuesto es un jacuzzi infinito para aquellos que disfrutan de la vida del spa.

Esta, sin duda, una de las unidades más bellas de todo Daytona Beach. El condominio en sí es el más lujoso que Daytona Beach tiene para ofrecer.

Great stay at Daytona Beach!

Perfect for our family of 7. We stayed for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything to make it homey. Loved the beds and the shower water pressure. Gym was wonderful since we all worked out most days. And where the hotel was was away from the bustle of folks. Beth the property manager who met us was wonderfu!! Happy Holidays!

This condo was a good fit for our family. It basically had everything that we needed. There was a maintenance issue that left us without clean running water and we weren't able to shower the first night into the next day. We requested a refund for the night we had the issue and didn't get any response whatsoever. Though the team was very courteous and they fixed the issue within 24 hours, it was a pretty serious issue and I think it is baffling that this wasn't handled well.

Dusty, There was a seven-day gap prior to your arrival during which the anode rod inside the hot water heater failed. Unfortunately, this type of issue can’t be predicted, and it wasn’t discovered until you arrived around 5 p.m. and used the hot water. At that hour, it wasn’t possible to have a repair completed immediately, but we did have a technician out as soon as possible to diagnose and repair the problem the following day at nearly double the normal service cost to expedite the fix. We also offered to move you to another unit with the same floor plan, but you chose to remain in your reserved unit. Additionally, we refunded the first night of your stay as a gesture of goodwill, so it’s unclear why your review suggests otherwise. The issue was fully resolved within 24 hours, and we did our best to respond quickly and fairly under the circumstances.

This is our 2nd stay in the same unit. We loved it that we booked it 2 years in a row. It was a beautiful condo. All new furniture this year. Just had a comfortable stay. We will try to reserve next year.

Condo was great. Location was great. My only complaint is the parking spots are difficult to get in and out of. Not bad enough that I wouldn’t stay there again. It was a beautiful condo, in great condition!

Great condo! Great location

What a great condo! Pictures really don’t do this palace justice, much bigger than the pics make it appear. Beds are comfy, plenty of room for a family of 5. Only negative I will say is the road noise is a little loud, so if you’re sensitive to that, maybe book a condo that faces the ocean. Decent gym and pool. Close to local restaurants. We had a great trip. Thanks

Old Daytona Beach Shores

The place was very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen could use more dishes for cooking. And we found the microwave frustrating to use. Daytona Beach Shores is by far the ugliest place I’ve ever been. But your unit was lovely.

Everything is as advertised, our key fobs washed out of our bag by a wave while we were swimming. Lucas got as two new ones next morning no questions, big rooms, big gated dog area, nice pool. No complaints

When a traveler books; an intro message is sent to them stating our standard intro email will be sent to their email a week prior to the end of the month with all of their check in information. *For example. During the last week of May all June travelers will receive this intro email.* The intro email also states that one of our check in agents will coordinate an arrival time with the traveler on the morning of their arrival as this building requires a tour of the facility & unit. We were more than happy to answer any questions you may have however all of the questions you did ask were stated in the intro email. Wonderful vacation !!!!

My family and I passed 2 weeks at Ocean Vista and all things was perfect. The unit 903 is very big, confortable and so clean. The personnel was very sweet. Thanks to Bre for the late property visit (Flight delay) and thank you so much Lucas for your always quick answers to my many questions :). Go ahead. You won't regret it.... All is easy (arrival / departure). I gone a couple of times in Daytona on Vacation and the Océan vista have been the best vacation I've ever had so far.

Beautiful place

We’ve been vacationing in Daytona beach for the last 13 years. This is the first time we stayed in a condo unit at Ocean Vista. We loved everything about this unit especially the wrap around balcony. Caught sunset from the balcony every night. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. The huge kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed including all sizes of ziplock bags that we didn’t expect. The beds were really comfortable and I especially loved the bunk beds for our little ones. We had a nice relaxing quiet stay and I look forward to booking more stays. One downside is the parking garage. Very narrow parking spaces. Have to be careful not to hit anything trying to park the car.

The perfect escape

The moment we booked the listing Lucas was reaching out and throughout our stay he made sure to respond in a timely manner. He is a great facilitator in making sure we have a great stay and also making sure we follow and know the house rules (Very reasonable). The Ocean Vistas staff reached out to us as we were en route from Tennessee and we stayed in touch until we pulled up and they were waiting to greet us to give us a tour. I have stayed in everything from a mosquito net (military days) to your diamond hotels and this location by far is my favorite. The private beach entrance was being repaired but you only had to walk 5 more steps to another access so we survived. The condo was breathtaking and the decor was so calming and inviting but you did not have to worry about watching every step. We have a 9 and 2 year old and they had a blast. We met a few full time residents who were do kind and so was the staff. The unit doesn't overlook the Ocean but it's view of the intercoastal waterway we beautiful and yes the sunsets were spectacular. You will not find a better location, better staff, better support (Lucas), or better access to the beach. Lucas thank you and please tell the owners how grateful we are for them sharing a piece of paradise. We will definitely try to get this location again. Oh one more thing elevator 14 is right next to your parking spot we used 13 the entire time until our last day. Such a perfect and overdue vacation.

Great winter escape

Well equipped roomy unit with attractive and comfortable furniture and beds, and every kitchen utensile and appliance desired for a long term stay. The condo building is handsome, secure and well maintained, with multiple large dog walk areas for pet owners. Ideal location central to all surrounding beach area, 2 minutes from grocery stores and bridge to mainland. Not cheap but the rate was fair for the amenities, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

I was born and raised on the farm in Iowa, moved to Florida in 2016 to begin flight training. As of 2019 I am a commercial rated pilot. I got my real estate license in 2017 and soon began selling real estate both residential and commercial throughout the central Florida area. However I got in to vacation rental management in the fall of 2018 and I absolutely loved being able to provide luxury vacation destinations to my guests. Check out some of the reviews!
