Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

*** Although our unit is on the Southside of the building, there is currently construction on the North side of the building. There could be noise depending how on how close the work is to our unit on the dates of the booking.

To Date we have not had any complaints from tenants regarding the noise, primarily because we are at the top of the building and the work is lower. ***

Great condo for groups!

We had a great stay, and appreciated so many of the amenities of the condo! We were traveling with teenage girls, and appreciated all of the different seating areas in the condo so people could spread out and get some quiet time. The balconies were amazing for watching sunrise/sunset! The snacks and coffee were a nice touch! We communicated ahead of time with the owner, and all questions were answered. They were kind enough to leave plenty of towels for our large group. While the building is older, the condo felt clean and updated. There was construction while we were there, but it didn't bother us at all. The upstairs tub didn't drain very well, but it didn't impact our stay.

The place was more than we expected. Decor fit being by the ocean. Love the wrap around deck. View from decks were awesome Had fun watching the dolphins right out in front of the place

Penthouse Paradise! Views for Days!

The property is exactly as advertised! The views are stunning and with two stories, there is plenty of room! Paul was so easy to work with and very responsive with questions before we arrived. Thought was put into decorating and making sure all the guests had what they needed. There were three couples sharing this unit.

Best trip ever.

This condo is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay in Daytona. The condo is the cherry on the cake. See you next year for sure.

Penthouse

Pictures do not show the condition of the unit. Repairs not finished and not very clean. Happy we did not bring our two year old grandson, not a safe place for him. Doors very hard to open and close very old. Had to go outside to close the one door. Drapes were torn, cords hanging, long extension cords in sockets. Building in poor condition. There is major construction going on in and outside of the building. No tissues, games or puzzles provided. I could go on. The view was spectacular. Not worth the money, and really surprised this unit was up to any code.
