The condo was completely beautiful and relaxing. The owner kept in touch with me and gave some points of interest on the North end of Topsail. Overall the experience was wondering and we hope to stay there again.

Incredible location—very spacious! Had everything we needed! The photos of the view do not do it justice—beautiful! The pool is extremely nice. We saw turtle hatchlings, a turtle release, and 6ft shark. The owner was beyond sweet and spot on with recommendations!

We have been going to Topsail dunes for 15 years and this was by far the best decor, everything has been updated, it was very clean and had everything you need. Beth reached out to welcome us and was very accommodating.

The unit was a nice place to stay, we ended up spending a lot more time inside than we had planned because of the weather from Hurricane Debby. The host was wonderful with communication and gave us some good recommendations for when we were able to go outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

This is a clean, wonderful property with both beautiful ocean and sunset views. The condominium is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the owners have added some decorative touches to give the place a homey feel. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. One of the nicest things was all the toiletries that were provided. Usually there is a starter pack when we rent places but that is it. This place had enough for our whole long weekend! The host communicated quickly and clearly. We were not able to get on the WiFi at first. I sent a text to the owner and within minutes it was fixed. The beach was easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a mini vacation. Condo was clean and beautiful. Only downfall was that walk from our condo to the beach due to steps not being finished. We made it but it was rather difficult at times with children and beach gear.

Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Location is private and not commercialized . Not many folks around the first week of May so those of us there had plenty of beach space. Unit had all the necessities and then some. Only concern is internet would go in and out but not a real issue for us, might be for others

Nice condo, complex needs work

Good: The condo was nicely furnished and plenty of kitchen and bath supplies; TVs in each room; storage for clothes; nice balcony with a view of the ocean; master bed was very comfortable; easy to get to the beach; Beth was easy to work with and helped us get in a little early.Needs improvement: The HVAC is LOUD when running, if you want to watch TV, you will be raising the volume quite a bit; there is too much furniture in the living room area; master bath is very small and tight; the second bedroom mattresses are a bit thin.The complex itself is somewhat rundown, needs painting; the elevator is dirty and while they do have have some baskets/ carts to help with luggage- they also need cleaning/ painting. The pool is too small for the size of the complex.

Fantastic family beach getaway!

From start to finish, Beth’s property was a winner for our family beach vacation. We walked into the condo to find an incredibly clean and well furnished/decorated condo with an amazing view of the ocean. You can’t beat that! The space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 8 & 5); it wasn’t too big or too small and had a great king bed in the master and two singles for our daughters in another bedroom. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed (even ketchup that I had forgotten to buy at the grocery store). Beth provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards for beach fun. There were various games, books and movies at our disposal also for a rainy day at the beach. A TV in each room was also a nice touch for our daughters who are early risers and love a little TV in the morning. The washer and dryer were clutch! Allowing us to dry our beach gear in the middle of the day before heading out to the beach. The condo community has a nice saltwater pool as well that our daughters enjoyed. It is big enough that even when others are there you do not feel overcrowded. The location was also fantastic. You are about 15 min from a grocery store and other restaurants over the bridge. Beth communicated with me immediately to check in and was available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend Beth’s condo! You will not be disappointed. Beth thought of EVERYTHING that you need and made going to the beach easier for our family 🙂

Labor Day Weekend

This was a great spot for our family to stay for a long Labor Day weekend. The condo had everything we needed including beach items, cooking supplies and linens. Was east to get to and access, and the beach was great. Already missing the morning and evening walks up and down the beach! Would definitely book again!

Perfect beach condo getaway!

My wife and I were looking for a nice condo with beach access on our favorite North Carolina Beach and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The space was nice and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. Excellent view from the balcony where you can hear the waves crashing down along the beach. Very clean and had a nice shower with washer/dryer. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, pool and parking lot. Strongly recommend walking up to the northern tip of the island for sunrise. It was breathtaking. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby. We stopped by Food Lion on the way in but also enjoyed some of the restaurants in town. The owner Beth was terrific and very accommodating. She gave us great recommendations, tips and reminders and was so kind to allow us to check out later so our little one could finish his morning nap. We loved this place and would absolutely recommend!

Beyond our expectations

From the moment we entered the condo we were welcomed. Music was playing, lights were on, the k cups were stocked. When it says “stocked” the entire condo was stocked including trash bags, salt and pepper, crock pot, and even peppermints. The showers had shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. There were two boogie boards and 4 beach chairs with an umbrella available to us. We had a GREAT week and it was nice to be able to pack lighter. With 4 kids and a 8 hr drive, less is more.

Clean and welcoming

Very clean. Welcoming. Incredibly comfortable couches and beds. Great balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed!! Perfect place for relaxing by the pool and beach. Host was very responsive. Short drive to Surf city or Sneads Ferry for food, activities, and shopping. Definitely recommend this property for a relaxing beach getaway!!
