Christmas Vacation

House was very tidy and equipped with everything needed. House is very spacious and just as described. We didn’t get to use the pool as the weather changed to be a lot cooler than expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely book for next holiday , home away from home.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and the master bedroom is everything vacations are made for. There are some things that need attention like the plumbing in a couple bathrooms and a good pool cleaning is needed the guy came for 10 minutes and was gone but overall beautiful home, great location and pretty clean.

Huge Villa, Handy for Everything

We were a party of 8, villa was plenty large for us. Very conveniently located 10 minutes from the nearest Disney park, 2 minutes from supermarkets and pharmacy. Pool was huge and well used by the whole group. We had an issue getting in the door which was instantly addressed.

Our stay was very nice. Just few things: They need a better grill, instead of the little charcoal grill, need more dishes, parking is an issue if you have more than 2 cars. But nice house and neighborhood. And they call to check and make sure everything is going well.

Nice family home

Need a new grill, dishes, parking only for 2 cars. But very nice home, we enjoyed our stay.

Not as expected

The home was spacious but not as expected. Lights were not working, there were wasp nests in the patio area, the bbq grill was out of order, the bed frame was broken, the outdoor lights by the pool were not working since the owner does not allow anyone to use the outdoor bathroom, which is where the light switch is located, the thermostat was not working as it needed batteries, cobwebs and dead insects were inside the home, tv remote controls also had no batteries. I must say, however, that the pool was beautiful! I enjoyed the swimming pool and the laundry which was located on the 2nd floor. The property manager was helpful as well.

Property company made check in and out process so smooth. Home was as described. Could use a few updates and maybe some more furniture for sitting. Have no true complaints and enjoyed the stay!

Our stay was great overall, the Property manager was very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable with being able to text someone and get a response right away. The only small problem was not enough parking space but we managed to figure it out. Thank you for a great stay!!!

This was a very nice place to stay it was very clean just like the photos

My Experience was awesome , despite the jets in the master bedrooms doesn’t work , but overall everything is just like the photos , I do feel that the pool table should be a little bit more updated , but overall me and my husband had this big beautiful home to ourself we had great time the neighbors were nice , everything was perfect .

Thanksgiving get-a-way

Great property!!! Spacious, can use a little upgrading due to wear but otherwise ok! We enjoyed ourselves in the home, in need of new patio furniture but the house is exactly as described. Good choice

Safe area, spacious house, quiet neighborhood

This house was comfy for my 10 person group, had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and towels+sheets. The neighborhood is gated and super quiet, and 5 minutes from a Publix and Wawa. Universal took us about 30mins back and forth on average. Thank you!

Okay, but could be better

Property was not cleaned properly, grill in pool area and pool furniture not clean, no toilet tissue had to purchase our own. Pool service came to clean the pool while we were in the pool instead of doing this prior to guests arrival or when guests leave and the dryer didn’t work.

Nice Stay!

We had a group of 15 (6 adults, 1 toddler, and 8 kids). We all were able to sleep comfortably in the 7 bedrooms, and there were also 2 extra blow-up beds. The smallest of the 6 bathrooms had a shower, toilet, and sink. The other 5 were full bathrooms. The home was nice, cute, great pool, nice game room. The game room also has a few board games. I would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Family Stay

Nice size for a large group, we had a total of 15 including a toddler. There was even extra blow up beds to use. The home was nice and the pool was great. It’s about 30 mins from Universal and Seaworld. We all really enjoyed ourselves!

Overall, Pleasant stay

The house isn't bad at all. There are some stains on some places of the carpet but not too bad if you wear slippers. The pool is a nice size. The only issue we had was one of the guests who tried to use the jet tube said there wasn't any hot water coming from the faucet. The house was equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils needed for our crew.

Great stay

My family and I had a great sfay. Michael was a great help and answered questions in a timely manner. Only hiccup is you can only have TWO vehicles at the house. The community has a LITTLE parking lot. But its on first come basis. Leaving you to find parking elsewhere. I will rent again. 😊

Alright house

The check in process was great, carpet had stains, main master bed was very uncomfortable, the house can use some updates, wasn’t pleased with the parking situation, if you book this home please do research on a parking garage because they only allow two cars in the parking area, the over flow parking is only about 6 spaces for the entire community and once cars are park they don’t move.. they don’t let you park on the side after 6pm, you must be off the road area.. besides those little things the stay was well.

Property was not as advertised

Upon check in, the carpet wasn't cleaned and there were stains in the dining area as well as the family room. There were not enough towels for all guests and no wash rags at all so we went to purchase some. Main issue: A few of the rooms are missing blinds so no privacy. On the second day the internet was in and out, and by the third day, no internet at all so no TV and bad phone reception. The outside grill area was messy and had rodent droppings.

Moms surprise getaway

This was my first time renting property like this I was somewhat unaware of what to expect. Upon arriving at the house the overall inspection of the home was good. I was not met by anyone to do a walkthrough. The carpets were in really bad shape. Although you could tell they tried to clean it. The air Hockey table was unstable and there was some confusion with Hot Tub and pool Heater, however a call to Michael and someone was out to fix Air Hockey and Hot Tub within a few hours. Overall my family had a really great weekend. They all traveled from out of state so it was important that everything went well. We left feeling good about our stay. I got Kudos from my family for a wonderful for my mom. Thank you

Great Vacation Property

Love the house although it says empty the trash in the big trash down the street but could never find it after driving the whole neighborhood. The house was clean, but the carpet was had a few stains, but most of the dirty is wear and tire. Very clean and definitely will book again next year.
