NICEST LAKEHOUSE IN MAINE -- PRIVATE BEACH -- LUXURY!

Crescent Lake is situated in the beautiful Sebago Lakes Region and this elegant, modern home is located on the desirable northern shore of the lake. This smaller, quieter lake is suitable for children of all ages. Enjoy all of your favorite freshwater activities, fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc. (rental comes with two kayaks and a canoe!). For the nature enthusiasts you may paddle or motor your way up the Tenney River where wildlife abounds. This river connects Crescent Lake to the larger Panther Pond. Close proximity to Freeport and Portland offers a multitude of shopping and dining experiences.

The fall is our favorite time of the year on the lake; apple picking, hayrides, and nature walks. Located just a few miles away is Rattlesnake Mountain which offers great family hiking activities. In the winter months we are within easy driving distance to some great skiing including Shawnee Peak, Lost Valley and Sunday River. Snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating, and snowshoeing are all available at your front door, and all the attractions of Portland are only 35 minutes away!

We have a house cleaner who completely cleans the property between rentals. Surfaces and key touch points are disinfected. We also have basic cleaning supplies accessible to guests during their stay, should any cleaning needs arise.

We had an excellent couple days at this wonderful property. The views of the lake every morning and evening were spectacular. We enjoyed some yard games and quality time with a group of us that get together every year for a golf trip. Would highly recommend.

Great property

We spent a week, for the second summer in a row, at this delightful place. The house is very comfortable with spaces to spread out or be together. The lakefront is large and beautiful, and there are kayaks, a canoe, and other good toys for enjoyment. The owner is very responsive. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can get ourselves across the country to Maine again.

Great Winter Weekend Getaway

Fabulous spot for inter-generational family long weekend. Plenty of space, nicely cared for home, comfortable and inviting. Even in winter this lake house had lots to offer. We enjoyed board games, the game room and were surprised by the number of great local hikes and paths through the woods. Allowed for lots of outdoor time. Recommend if your looking for a nice getaway.

Wonderful vacation house

We were an extended family from all over the U.S. Nine of us (including two kids) stayed in the house, and several others stayed at an inn in Naples and joined us for daytime activities. Everyone had a great time. The variety of things to do at this house, and on lovely Crescent Lake, was perfect for us: kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, plus a pool table and ping pong table.

Great time for all

This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone. It has a big backyard for the kids and dogs to run around on and leads the beach. Only one neighbor that you really don't see so it feels like you're all alone. The house comes with all the toys for a great time, paddle boards, canoe, Kayaks and much more; no need to bring your own stuff to have fun. You will not regret renting this place.

Quintessential Maine

Waking up to views of the lake from the bedroom picture windows, with a fire going in the master bedroom, was the perfect way to enjoy our mini-vacation. Matt’s home exceeded all of our expectations from the game room with a pool table and bar, to the breathtaking lake views. Matt was an excellent host and resource. He recommended nearby places for lunch and dinner (Good Life Market hit the spot!). We look forward to returning here for years to come!

Absolutely stunning home with amazing views and all the amenities you need for relaxing and enjoying the best that Maine has to offer. Emerald Cove, Crescent lake

Our vacation at Emerald Cove was outstanding. The house was perfect, plenty of room, great accommodations, the kitchen was really well stocked and the amenities for water sports on our private beach were more than we could have asked for.
