About this property

Close to Everything! Beautiful Condo and Location!

Location, location, location! Conveniently located on the mountain side of Steamboat!
985 sq ft mountain side condo with open kitchen layout with stainless steel appliances.
Living room consists of a leather sofa, leather chair, leather trundle bed ( sleeps 2 people), and a gas fireplace to warm you from head to toe!
Bedroom 1 has a queen size log frame bed.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size contemporary dark cherry wood frame bed with a private bathroom attached.
The second bathroom is a tub/shower with extra shelf space for your personal bathroom travel essentials.
Heated ski closet outside the front door.
The balcony overlooks the Yampa Valley and Flattop Wilderness area.
During the winter ski season, steps from the condo door is a free shuttle that will take you to the base of the mountain.
There is also a free city bus operating year-round that goes to the ski mountain, grocery stores and downtown.
The bus is located at the corner of Longthong road and Apres Ski way. It is a 5 minute walk from the condo. 10 minute walk back to the condo.

Steamboat Ski Town USA is a place to make memories! My condo at Yampa View is located minutes from the gondola. My condo is unique because of the unobstructed view and heated road. It feels like you are in a private neighborhood. Breathtaking 360° mountain views!
My condo has a quality appreciated by guests “cozy”. The living room remains warm from south facing sun and a remote control operates a gas fireplace that can be dialed in for your desired heating comfort. The open concept kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to make a feast after your long day of adventures! The dining room table seats six people comfortably. Located right off of the dining room is a furnished balcony to relax and enjoy sunsets and sunrises with your morning cup of coffee!
The condo allows 1 car in the parking lot that can be registered for free online.
This is a condo complex. Noise will most likely be heard. Unfortunately, my family and I have severe allergies to pet hair and smoke. Please consider this as a health and safety concern.
*No pets, no vaping, no smoking in the condo or on the balcony.* Washers and dryers are located in the clubhouse, 2-3 minute walk from condo. LICENSE NO: STR20250204

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you used the bottom bunk of the daybed trundle, please leave it open so the housekeeper knows to change the sheets.
Return the TV remotes ; place under TV.
Tidy up the place before you depart; additional cleaning fees will be applied if the condo is excessively dirty after your departure. Cleaning fees are meant to cover the cost of a standard cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not leave the condo in a state that requires excessive cleaning. I do charge an extra fee . Damages, extra cleaning will be reported to VRBO.
NO DRUGS and no smoking.
1 car allowed. There will not be room for a second car. Please register your car. Oversized vans, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed.

This property is fairly high up on the mountain which makes for nice views from the deck. Everything was great- nice touches such as lotion in the bathrooms! Everything was clean and kitchen well equipped etc. The balcony furniture wasn’t very comfy and the tv wasn’t getting a signal - but these things didn’t deter us from enjoying the condo! All in all- a great property and host.

Great place! Only thing that wasn't clean were the toilets. Comfy beds, Lots of extra bedding and linens, Frosted mugs in freezer were a really nice touch. The only concerns were steep steps to door and the lock to get in was very tricky

Hi, I have been fortunate enough to spend over 20 years in Steamboat Springs, a Colorado mountain resort community. I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast, spending much of my down time exploring mountain trails on my bike, running or hiking. I was the owner/manager of a market and restaurant in downtown Steamboat Springs and became very knowledgeable about much of what the town has to offer. I am able to provide suggestions on where to go for fun, whether downtown, to the river, or anywhere on the mountain. I recently moved away from Steamboat Springs to Boulder, but still return often to take good care of my condo and return to the beauty of Steamboat Springs.

I fell in love with the beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony and the open kitchen layout. The condo feels warm, cozy, and a home away from home. I have supplied the kitchen with many cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, even vases to put fresh flowers in!

What makes this property unique

This condo is unique because it is tucked away on a hill which makes it feel very private. The amenities are spectacular! A free shuttle (ski season only), two hot tubs facing the mountains, and a workout room with a mountain view! Location? : Yes this condo is in the perfect spot to enjoy the ski mountain. A short, less than 5 minute drive to the base of Steamboat Resort. Steamboat's downtown is about 12 minutes driving and the grocery stores are 10 minutes driving. There is a small grocery/ liquor store 3 minutes away, just down the hill. I am available to answer any questions about Steamboat activities, restaurants, and happenings!
