The property was amazing. The hosts were fantastic. The communications between us had a hiccup due to a wrong email address by the third party. I fell in love with this house and with Cambridge Springs. I truly hope to stay here again.

This place was nothing short of breathtaking. The owner had great communication and everything went smooth. He was very generous and the kids loved visiting with the the horses. The house is quite an experience and will be our top choice for next year's annual stay!

The farm was awesome and my family had a great time. Kihm is a wonderful person and he was ready and willing to accommodate us. My son and nieces loved feeding the horses and we took so many photos of the nature and wildlife. We went out and did things while staying at the farm but we were also excited to get back to the place and do stuff there too which is always a big plus when it comes to rentals. It was more than just a place to lay our heads.

Beautiful property. We completely enjoyed this place. Host was friendly and responsive though we had no issues. House was clean and well stocked. They even gave us fresh eggs from the farm! The barn is awesome, decorated with very interesting antiques with explanations of historyThe view from the porch on the back of the barn is serene.Would definitely recommend this place!

This house had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed looking at the decor and spending time with the horses. The proverty was pet-friendly and made it easy to travel with our dog. The house was close to the university and provided a great gathering point for us to visit, shop downtown and enjoy the outdoors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely, peaceful farmhouse. The kitchen was incredibly equipped not only with dishes and utensils, but spices and condiments. The host kindly left fresh eggs in the fridge for us. Our bed was very comfortable. We were surrounded by beautiful nature. The farmhouse was very pet friendly. We would totally recommend this VRBO.

We loved our stay and will be back! We had a wonderful time at this very special property. The owners are wonderful and knowledgeable. They thought of everything we could need including fresh eggs and veggies from their garden. The history from this farm made it even more special and we loved the animals !

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed over Thanksgiving since my kids are going to college at Edinboro. We enjoyed it quite a bit. It was very nice and a great place to relax. We would gladly stay again.

Exceptional hosts

Kihm and Hope are warm and welcoming people, and their property is lovely. The house has absolutely everything a guest could need plus more. If you are looking for a quiet respite in the country, this is it!

Awesome place to stay with kids!

This property was perfect for my family! We were visiting Edinboro University for my Induction into the Hall of Fame for soccer and we wanted to stay on a farm for the kids. The kids loved all the animals and feeding the horses! It was an awesome place and the owners took great care of us!!! We would definetly recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay here again one day!

Family weekend getaway

My husband, myself, our daughter, son in law, and our 5 year old grandson had a wonderful weekend at the Hard Aground Farm. Our grandson loved feeding the animals, and exploring around the farm. It's a great place for all ages. Quiet atmosphere, in a beautiful country setting. The farm house is equipped with everything you need. The owners were very kind and welcoming.
