Staiway to heaven - Central to everything

Nestled one street back from the iconic Kings Beach is an older style unit block that is just a treat.
Yes it's a walk up building with quite a few stairs, but trust me it's worth it once you are there, but if fitness isn't your thing then please be aware.
The views are amazing with its beautiful sea breeze, it's a great place for a holiday with total ease.
We have everything sorted, you don't need to bring a thing, just your swimmers and towel, so you can sit back and soak it all in.
There is no need for a car everything is so near, if it's coffee, restaurants or the beach that you like then it's all right here.
Our apartment is located right in the heart of Kings Beach . We have some beautiful cafes, restaurants & bars, movie cinema, supermarkets and local shopping as well as weekend markets all within walking distance of the apartment, as well as the patrolled Kings Beach , natural saltwater pool ,Caloundra boardwalk & CBD and the Pumicestone passage right on your doorstep. Our apartment is on the top level of a four story walk up so please note that there is definitely no wheelchair access.
We love to use our apartment for holidays as well, so we have tried to include all of the little things that make your holiday easier, such as

A starter pack with tea, coffee & milk
Good size microwave and full size fridge
Cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt & pepper
Dishwasher
Washing machine with washing powder
Smart tv with netflix & youtube compatibility

The apartment has a lovely breeze to keep it cool during summer as well as a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and a wall mounted fan in the second bedroom.
Our cleaning fee covers all linen for all guests, as well as towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely little older unit. Owners were nice to communicate with and very accommodating with an early check in for us. Just be aware unit is 2 blocks back from the beach with partial ocean views from the balcony.

This is our families holiday apartment. We holiday here often with our 3 children and love the feel of Kings Beach. This apartment is so central to everything that we find we park our car in the garage when we arrive and often don't start it again until we leave a week later as everything you need is only a short stroll away.
