This is the best place in Gilbert to gather and create family memories. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the best part is the amazing back yard. The back yard has one of the best private pools in Arizona, equipped with a 65,000 gallon 12’ deep diving pool complete with rock waterfall and slide, grotto with therapy jets, splash pad, diving platform and rope swing. There is a custom built in BBQ, and a blue glass fire pit with spacious seating.

The 5 bedrooms have 2 King beds and 3 queen beds and can sleep up to 10.

Updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new couch and loveseat in the family room, WiFi, internet TV, and PLEX pass with over 2,000 movies and over 75 full tv shows with all episodes on the amazon fire tv.

Inside you will find a pool table on the main floor, an arcade game and basketball game in the loft, massage chair in master bedroom, and a PRO-FORM elliptical trainer in the bedroom next to the loft. Instant book this awesome home.

Great walking and running paths along the canal south East of the neighborhood, our neighborhood is equipped with a basketball court and a separate park with jungle gym.

The pool has two heaters, a heat pump that is set for 80 degrees and comes with the rental, but it can struggle in the colder months to maintain 80. We have a gas heater that can supplement the colder months and can maintain 85 degrees. The cost for the gas heater is 125 a day and needs to be on for the duration of your stay.

Our family spent a week here and it what a fantastic place to spend time in Arizona. Our stay was right after Christmas, the weather hovered around 68-73. Doug kindly contacted me before our stay to let me know the colder evenings were cooling off the pool quite a bit, we opted for the extra heat to 85, and glad we did, even when it got down to 60 outside at night, we were still very comfortable in the pool, anything less than 85 would have been pretty chilly, even for us Montana folks! The rest of the house is great, lots of room, very clean, great games for the kids and a pool table for all. There are tons of cooking supplies, but we did add a meat thermometer to the drawer, we used the BBQ and cooked a Prime Rib in the dual oven, and used the built in firepit a few times. Also, we were lucky enough to get quite a few fresh oranges and lemons from the trees in the back yard, very good! The neighbors were all great and very quiet, they do ask that you respect the neighborhood and not make a ton of noise at night, we still swam up to 10pm, but would not jump in (which is fun in a 12 foot deep pool) after 9PM, we would just swim or enjoy the evening stars. I also have to add, we did have a few issues that happened during our stay, no fault of anyone just wear and tear issues, and I was amazed how accommodating Doug was, he responded quickly, took care of the issues even quicker, and communicated constantly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a better host!!

Why they chose this property

It is a lot of fun in this 1/4 acre lot, the pool is amazing, back yard is a lot of fun with the built in grill, glass fire pit and seating, pool table, basketball game and arcade in the loft. The kitchen was recently remodeled and everything in this house has been loved by us since we built it in 2002.
