Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no need for guests to strip beds. However, we ask you to please gather used towels, place in the laundry and start them. Unopened food or drink in the refrigerator, is OK.
There is a trash bin located at the entrance to the driveway. Please discard your trash there.
Please return all TV, fan and fireplace remotes to the location they were at when you checked in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are on a septic system, please do not flush paper products or feminine hygiene products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
please do not rinse grease down any of the drains or try to dispose of meat in the sink disposal.
Please be responsible for your pet and keep them on a leash, as needed. Farm animals are present, so please do not let your pet chase or harass them.

In all our travels, this was one of the BEST homes we have stayed in, beautiful home, wonderful area, attention to every detail, and lovely and very helpful hosts. Will definitely recommend this Beautiful property to anyone traveling in this area, or even just a get away from the hustle and bustle of life! Loved our stay!

The Cottage was very clean and taken care of by the host! Joseph was very helpful from start to finish. Everything worked properly and we were able to utilize all the things provided. Checking out was very easy. Just followed the instructions given. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Our family enjoyed the comforts of this home. The house is bright with modern amenities and a warm feeling. Both the front and back porches are very comfortable and the views are beautiful. This is a location that you will want to return to.
