You will have your own entrance to a private section of the house. There is a queen sized bedroom and ensuite with ample hanging space available. You will have your own modern well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher. The open plan of this design flows into the dining room and lounge room. Looking out through the floor to ceiling windows, you will have spectacular 180 degree views of the masses of water surrounding Boat Harbour Beach and Table Cape. Through the sliding doors you will walk out onto a large deck with barbeque available.

Host Wendy amazing with the booking. Property full of provisions everything that you would need for two. Very cosy and decor of a nautical feel. The best B and B we have ever stayed in and we have visited many over the years.

Idyllic location for touring the north coast

Boat Harbour Beach is a quiet refuge where you can just relax and watch the tide come and go. The beach is lovely and Seekers Cafe provides great coffee and treats. The apartment is well situated above the beach and the views are fantastic. The weather was a bit cool for sitting on the deck so we had to enjoy the view from inside. There are lots of windows for just that purpose, however, they really need to be cleaned. Also, the apartment does not have a washing machine as stated in the listing. The washer is located in the adjoining unit so you need to arrange to go into someone else’s place to use it. Since we were there for a couple of weeks we just went to town to the laundromat instead. There is a really good new BBQ there that is shared by the 2 units so you can do most of your cooking outside. The apartment itself is very large and spacious and was very comfortable for the two of us.

Beachside relaxation

Beautiful beach to look down on from the balcony and watch the stunning sunrise or sunset. Spacious unit for two with well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge space with views of the beach. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Great location to sightsee the north west corner of Tassie. 2minute stroll to the beach where a cafe is available for breakfast and lunch and great coffee! The beach is quite special to stroll along. Bit cold while we were there for a swim but would be a joy in th v warmer months. Wendy is a lovely host who is quick to respond if you need help. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay any time of the year.

Seascape the perfect getaway

Seascape was the perfect getaway! The property has everything you need from comfy beds to a great kitchen. The standout was the view of Boat Harbour Beach from the balcony. Wendy is an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Welcoming, warm and wonderful .

We loved this house from the minute we stepped on to the deck and saw the 180 degree view open out. The ocean on one side of a short peninsula, and the quiet, protected bay on the other. The apartment living area is the full width of the expansive deck.The sitting area furnished with 4 luxurious leather recliners, a great place to rest and to watch the birds, the waves and activity in rock pools or the wide shallow sandy beach, and of course the sun rise. The kitchen is lovely to work in. The walk in pantry has all the appliances you need and is generously provisioned. Bedroom and bathroom are also very comfortable and well appointed. Our thanks to Wendy who responded to our booking immediately with a welcome note and a comprehensive appendium of all the local attractions, including restaurants and places of interest. Wendy’s communication was at all times very responsive and always positive and helpful. We can not recommend this wonderful stay highly enough.?

Sapphire blue waters and powder white sands TAS; as good as QLD Barrier Reef👌🏼

Our Unit was a like a home away from home; airy, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. We spent majority of the stay on the verandah, relaxing, eating and marvelling at the pristine Boat Harbour Beach, that was originally named Jacobs' Boat Harbour after Captain John Jacobs, master of small vessels owned by the Van Diemen's Land Company. The vessels were used for trading between the VDL establishments at Circular Head and Woolnorth with Launceston, Tasmania between the late 1820s and the 1840s. Preserved beautifully by local Government, resembling images in local cafes, as thankfully it was too cold for beach goers in early November to detract from it’s mesmerisingly gem like appeal.

Airy beach decor, with home away from home touches in all rooms. Basic breakfast supplies-but very thankful for well stocked pantry to enhance dishes from our own provisions. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Wendy.
