The stay was good, the property needs better wash clothes, dishes, and house hold supplies. The beds were comfortable and the sapce was great. Overall good stay.

NOLA visit

Myself and a few family members were visiting NOLA for the first time and needed a place to stay that was close to the french quarter but also reasonably priced. This place was perfect, nothing fancy or over the top but quite enough when you’re out all day. It is a lot bigger than expected too which was nice. The communication with the owner was easy and quick as well.

First vacation as a couple

This was my first vacation with my fiancé. We had a great time in New Orleans. We have the downstairs apartment which looks just like the pictures on the website. Everything was clean the area that we stayed in was close to everything I would say using the Wi-Fi was somewhat problematic because there were multiple people inside trying to use at the same time, but only one connect at a time also two of the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but for the most part, it was a very comfortable and clean living space

Conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had to buy a few things for our stay there, such as paper towels and dish soap. We also wished there was a larger couch so that we could all sit together in the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and Cozy

The location is very close to the bus stop for traveling around town. I'd recommend looking into "Le Pass" and their Jazzy pass for convenience. The back room was quite warm and didn't really cool off much, and one of the smoke detectors kept chirping, which was mentioned to the owner, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Very nice place, accurate as pictures shown on the websites. Floors were not very clean and we would’ve loved actual hand towels. Other than that, zero complaints.
