The Martini house was the perfect place to stay at Christmastime. It was stocked with all kinds of goodies and there was even a tree! It was clean, spacious and so comfortable. Thanks so much to the Martinys for being excellent hosts!

Beautiful and charming home. Wonderfully decorated and many extra amenities were provided that made our stay extra special. Great neighborhood that was very convenient to everything. Host Bob was very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

A great place

The house has a warm vibe, comfortable furniture and beds, and has great character. Plenty of fluffy towels, excellent linens, and the welcome basket of snacks and cold water in the fridge was a nice touch. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Safe, quiet location. Would stay here again.

Mini Spring Break

We had a great time visiting New Orleans and staying at the Martini House for four nights. Bob and Sue are great hosts and the house was well stocked. I completely forgot to pack water and cold drinks were in the frig when we got there. :) Lovely house with everything in good working order.

Great place and great hosts

Great location in New Orleans. The hosts were great. Very nice historic house. Sue Sue was great for our little one to visit with. I look forward to visiting again. Thanks Bob and Sue!

Amazing property

I had the pleasure of meeting Sue and Mike and they were so warm and welcoming. When we walked into the home, an amazing scent met us at the door. There was also personalized welcome sign and jazz playing. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccable....not a speck of dirt or dust to be found. The owner's anticipated every single need and the house was stocked with ample necessities as well as snacks and water. The walk in shower was large and the temperature and pressure were great. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to park in the driveway right in front of the home. There is also a lovely area on the porch to sit and relax. I would absolutely love to visit this property again.

Cozy and hospitable stay!

Exceeded All Expectations!

We felt welcomed from the minute we got out of our car and met Bob and Sue. They are awesome hosts who sincerely demonstrate “southern hospitality.” They had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The house was generously stocked with snacks and everything you could need on your visit. I would 100% rent this property again and recommend it highly. Can’t wait to come back!!

You want to stay here!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and feel pampered, this is the place. Bob and Sue are wonderful attentive hosts. Their home is welcoming and so beautiful and super clean. We were touched by all the little things that they did, from snacks/candy to fridge stocked with water and all the flavors of coffee and tea, including chickery. They had a little marquee welcoming us with our names on it and we walked in to jazz playing on the tvs, it made us feel at home right away. The pictures are accurate, but just don't do justice to the homey feel you get when you first arrive. Our favorite part was sitting out on the veranda in the mornings having our coffee/tea and watching the neighborhood, and the chatting with Bob our our day or our night before. He has great suggestions on food to eat and places to visit. My husband and I cannot wait to return for another visit as we will definitely will want to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts for making our 1st trip so memerable!

Even nicer than expected

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. There is off street parking and the area felt very safe. We left our car there and took Uber everywhere. The owners who live in the other half of the house greeted us and are super nice people. The beds are very comfortable and the house was well stocked to make us feel at home. They had cold bottled water, all sorts of snacks and even a tray filled with chocolates. We would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Great Place

A great place to stay. The owners live right next door. Great host! Everything was perfect! Everything you need is there. Snacks, water, coffee. Local information on the area . Conveniently located. Parking right in front. By far one of the best I have stayed at. If you go to New Orleans this is the place to stay! Thanks again to the host Bob and Sue! From the minute we arrived till we left everything was perfect. Will definitely make this my place to stay in New Orleans. Rental is very well stocked, clean, and very well maintained. Area is quiet and safe.

Felt like home

Spotless, charming and inviting! Quiet & SAFE neighborhood, fantastic owners! Martini Casa did not disappoint. So much love goes into your stay. So many little things that made us feel special. The owners are so sweet and we enjoyed everything about our stay! When I say clean...I mean clean. It passed the barefoot test. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect place for a family. New Orleans Perfection

Bob and Sue were amazing hosts! They were super attentive to all our needs…although we had very few due to the amazing attention to detail that they put into the space. It was beautifully decorated with the feel of Old School Nola with all the modern touches. It felt like a hike away from home. It’s location was superb in a safe neighborhood that was centrally located to everything you might need . We will DEFINITELY stay there again.

"Best Vacation Ever"!!!

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Bob and Sue were welcoming and so accommodating during our stay!! Everything was perfect!! If the worst thing you can say about your AirBNB is that the toilet paper is too soft, you are in great hands!! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!❤❤
