Curl up in front of the wood heater and watch Netflix on the enormous TV, cook up a storm in the sleek modern kitchen, or treat yourself to a quiet moment with your book on the large wrap-around deck.

With a large two car lock up garage, four large bedrooms, a full laundry and a beautiful central living area, comfort and convenience is guaranteed.

Just ensure you leave time for the most outstanding feature and enjoy the large outdoor entertaining deck, romantically lit with festoon lighting nestled into leafy vine. This is the perfect setting for dreams, for love, for laughter, for friends, family and memories. Escape the everyday and indulge in life bathed in the soft glow of relaxation, the clean fresh air of adventure and the sensory heaven made of local food and wine.

Bedroom 4 - 2 King Singles plus 2 Trundle Beds. Bedding left for trundles by request only.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.

Great family house

We loved this property- spacious with a great outdoor area for entertaining. Really close to mystic mountain MTB park which was great for our family. The house has everything you need and works well for groups/families sharing a space. We will be back!

Mystic and bikes

Great location for family using the bike park. Near clean and well presented. Air conditioner struggled with a week of 30+ degrees.

Great location, but…

Big house in a lovely garden setting. Perfect for access to the mountain bike park. BUT. I would not recommend staying here in hot weather. There is just 1 small air conditioner in the lounge room. This does nothing to cool the bedrooms and barely copes with cooling the lounge. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, but they did very little to cool the rooms of an evening after daytime temperatures above 30. The house is elevated and the living spaces are above the garage. Even the floorboards were hot to walk on. For such a premium price, I would expect better air conditioning.
