Relax in the comfort of a cozy gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku and Cable, or barbecue on the balcony and entertain in the open floor plan of the kitchen area while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views that your friends and family will be swooning over. The home features a master suite both upstairs and downstairs with King beds, private bathrooms and flatscreen TVs, the upstairs bedroom even has a work desk (if you must while on vacation). The third bedroom features a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV. The living room upstairs has a dining area for 8 guests, and extra seating at the kitchen bar. Additional amenities include free WiFi, private washer/dryer in the laundry room, private 1-car garage, and feel free to bring Fido along to enjoy the great outdoors as this townhome is also pet-friendly (one pet allowed under 25 pounds)! This condo is located directly next to the community hot tub so you don't need to walk far for a soak. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, as 2 levels inside and approximately 6 steps to enter (garage entrance at ground level). All Mammoth Sierra Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes, 1 vehicle can park in the private garage, 1 in the driveway and there is guest overflow parking very close by next to the hot tub.
