The condo is very spacious and optimally located: just far enough from the French Quarter to be quiet but easy to walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the shared space was great for 5 adults. The washer dryer made packing light simple and everything was supplied from coffee filters to laundry detergent. Would stay again.

The loft is in an excellent location in the commercial district - close enough to walk over to the action on Bourbon Street, but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights.

Perfect Stay

The description for this property is very accurate. It actually looked bigger in person! From the comfiest beds to the fully stocked kitchens to the spacious bathrooms. This place was comparable to a hotel. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Convenient location!

Cute decor and plenty of space for 4 people. The location is great and it's not too noisy. The A/C is a little uneven but they provide box fans to help with the circulation. Would probably stay here again!

Excellent Accomodations!

We did accidentally lock ourselves out when we tried to take the trash out of the back door but that was our fault— always just use the front! Excellent location, clean, beds were so comfortable we all slept in every day! Would stay again!

Spacious Condo/Great Location!

My family (of 4), and our friends and their two children stayed at this condo during the weekend of the Halloween Parade. The condo is very spacious, nicely furnished, and very well equipped to handle four adults and four children. The girls took the roll away beds, and boys took over the 3rd bedroom, leaving the other two bedrooms for the adults. It worked out perfectly!! The condo is also in a great location; walking distance for shopping on Canal, great restaurants, Harrah's Casino, and of course the French Quarter. We will definitely stay there again!!

This was an excellent experience! The space is comfortable, well decorated and quiet. The condo is in a great area as well for easy walks to the Quarter and shopping on Magazine Street. We loved the look of the space as well. It was well decorated with an eye for contemporary luxe design. The beds are fabulous too! Choice between softer and firmer foam helped me and my friends relax and get some great rest! I highly recommend !

We had a great stay. It was easy to navigate to and from the apartment. The check-in process was a bit awkward since the information in VRBO was outdated, but the property manager got us situated quickly so we were able to get in.

Good Place

The only problem we had was the outside front door code did not work. As we have had experience with this sort of thing, we used an emergency 0911# code that worked the entire timel(luckily). Other than that, great place. Good location. Challenging parking.

Excellent Location, Space, and Communication!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a bachelorette party of 7 girls and there was plenty of sleep space for us all (we used one roll out cot which was comfortable and bigger than expected). We loved having 2 bathrooms and plenty of common space. Although we spent most of our time out - it was literally a 2 block walk to Bourbon St. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy; the process was explained clearly and we communicated via text quickly! Thank you so much!!

Roomy, Clean, and convenient to Bourbon Street and Canal Street restaurants and venues.

Overall great stay. Manager was readily available to answer questions and help with any issues. Parking was a challenge first day because EZ Park was not open (not sure if it was full or if it was due to it being a Sunday) but other parking was not too far but only available until Monday morning at 6:59am. Very close to multiple breakfast/brunch restaurants, convenience stores,liquor stores and restaurants as well as close to public streetcar routes. Condo was super clean and stocked with all items as expected. Felt safe inside condo. I would recommend this property.

Perfect Location For All Things NOLA

Property was great, location was perfect, neighborhood was safe, no complaints. Lots of convenience stores and coffee places around and there is a great bar right (Voodoo) next to the property that was a perfect night cap place for those in our group that weren’t ready to turn in quite yet. The rooftop deck was under construction but not a big deal. Maybe the only drawback is partitions that separate rooms don’t block sound or light but that’s not uncommon in most condos we have rented. Overall I would recommend the property for a great NOLA get away.

changes with benefits!

We loved the condo, but is was not this condo. The property manager had to make last-minutes changes because Ida caused some leaks. We were given a great condo just a few blocks away (and an extra night for the "trouble") Communication with Brad was quick and efficient. Collectively slept like logs, great mattresses.

This property worked out well for our girls trip. If I had one thing to say is I wish there were more towels in the bathroom. It was kind of limited. The property manager was wonderful to work with!
