Sunny 3-bedroom house with a separate garage-games room, which has a set of bunks. It is on a rear section so is quiet and safe. There is room to park a boat on the section.

A spacious covered, sheltered outdoor area for entertaining - with a bbq and outdoor table - opens off the main living area onto a paved courtyard.

It is a 2 minute walk to the beach - either main beach access number 11 (approx 240m) or access 13 on the estuary side (approx 200m) ... the best of both worlds. Island View Reserve is just 200m away which has a great playground for kids, and Williamson Park/Surf Club is a short 10 min walk.

Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play, table tennis table and bikes.

Has a Sky dish so just bring your decoder and plug it in.

Special conditions:

This is our home away from home so please leave the house in the same condition as you found it on your arrival. Visitors are to dispose of all rubbish upon leaving. Please do your dishes and don't leave any food in the fridge.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am (earlier or later check in or check out is available by negotiation.)
Please advise at the time of making your booking if linen service is required (there will be an additional cost for this), otherwise it is expected that you will bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels).
Pets are allowed on request; the section is fenced on three boundaries.
