A well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home in a great location on the popular Beverley Terrace. One minute walk to the main shopping street and 4 minutes walk to the beach. This property has a large kitchen / family area that leads out to a large L shaped deck with 2 outdoor settings for all day sun and relaxation. The polished timber floors add to the character and beachy feel. The property is fully fenced so very safe for small children to play outside and plenty of secure off street parking for cars and or a boat. Wash off after the beach under a hot water outdoor shower. This holiday home is a must if you want location and relaxation. There is surfboard, kayak, paddle board and bike hire available in town. Mountain bike park and walks close by and a local golf course.

NO PARTIES or large gatherings allowed and NO PETS allowed on the property.

Extras : Cleaning (required NZ$90.00 per stay). Linen (Optional if required NZ$20.00 per person - this includes sheets, towels and tea towel)

Great place

I stayed in this accommodation with my family for 3 days and it was much better than our expectations. The house is spacious and very well equipped, very close to the beach but also to the shops. Whangamatā is a very pretty place too!

Perfect spot

Perfect location close to town and the best beach entrance. Walk easily anywhere. House was comfortable and perfect for a family. We really enjoyed our stay. Miss it already!

Great getaway, fantastic bach

Perfect for our intergenerational family holiday. Well-appointed house, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Spacious deck and prime location - close to beach and shops. We’d come back.

Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very handy to town and a short walk to the beach. There is plenty of deck space and outdoor furniture. Even though we weren't sitting outside, we would definitely use it during a summer holiday. We would stay there again; it suited us very well.

Family friendly so close to main street

Lovely house with all you need. Close to the beach and main street. 3 good sized bedrooms and love the open kitchen / lounge set up. Fenced section so the kids could play outside. Thank you for having us!

Golfing Ladies

The Batch was more than we thought we would get. Lovely and open very clean, beds very comfortable close to all amenities. We were able to walk to beach for swim and also to the local clubs. I would certainly come again and recommend.
