Villa Claramar er placeret i Fajardo. Det har en spektakulær udsigt over havet, meget privat beliggenhed med pool og dias, perfekt til familier og grupper. Begivenheder accepteret. Det er en ny ejendom færdig i november 2019. Klar til helligdage og 2020! Det har 5 soveværelser og 6 og et halvt badeværelser, en betagende udsigt fra hvert soveværelse. Stort poolområde, grill, fuldt udstyret. Denne ejendom ligger 5 minutter fra stranden og fra El Conquistador Hotel.

Great stay in Fajardo

Communication with the host was exceptional. We had some extra requests due to the size of our party and these requests were handled with kindness and professionalism. The home is grand! Great location, clean, secure, well equipped, private and comfortable. Enough beds and space to easily accommodate up to 20 people. The views were heavenly. We enjoyed yoga on the upper terrace, family bon fires under the stars each night, a family games area with a dominos table. Lounging in the pool, the children loved the water slide. Thanksgiving dinner with a dining table that easily sat our large party of 10 overlooking the ocean and countryside. When we needed additional propane for the bbq, the hosts responded immediately so we could serve our dinner on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, especially large families. Our family made many new memories this holiday, and this exceptional home was the perfect backdrop for a weekend we will not forget. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for treating us so wellBefore, during and after our visit. We will be back.

Staycation!

Beautiful property with great ammenities. Provided us with an excellent staycation on our way to a resort. The driveway was a bit of a surprise but all in all added to the adventure!

A lovely property with amazing views.

The property is quite gorgeous, sitting atop a mountain with nearly 360 degree views that include the ocean. The house is spacious and roomy (plenty of room for my family of 10 to all have private rooms), and well appointed. Most importantly the local manager is highly responsive to any concerns, and assisted us immediately with all of our queries. In addition, the location in PR is ideal with easy access to bioluminescent tours, top beaches, and the El Yunke rain forest. I would happily stay at this property again.

The property is great the berries are crazy awesome the only issue is we did not have a rental car so getting groceries was not easy but thankfully our shuttle driver ran us to the store

Together time

Great property for the extended family to have time together and enjoy the relaxing life in Puerto Rico. Far from the hussle of the city for some isolation, but the activities were only minutes away. The house is beautiful and the views are awesome.

Awesome villa

The property was gorgeous and everything my girlfriends and I expected. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious kitchen and dining room. The view outside was spectacular. The only problem we had was finding the Villa on Google maps. Other than that, our stay was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay!!

We had 5 couples stay at this property for a work retreat. It was the absolute perfect house for us. The setup was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. The view was breathtaking. The house was gorgeous. I can't wait to come back!

Thanksgiving in Puerto Rico

Amazing views, spacious home, wonderful place for family vacation. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. One suggestion—-kitchen needs more silverware —-hardly had enough for our family of 12 for even one meal.

Beautiful mansion

The views from this property are breathtaking. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. The house is stocked well with beach chairs, coolers etc. The staff at Caribbean Luxury arranged a private chef for a special dinner one night. Additionally, there are so many fun things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing Stay

We have so much we would like to rave about! First the communication was exceptional. Our 1st VRBO was cancelled while at the airport on our way to Puerto Rico! We found this beautiful VRBO and were able to book within a few hours of our arrival. The house is absolutely beautiful! The views were breathtaking and the house had everything you can think of! The location was perfect! We recommend to anyone traveling with a big group. Thanks again for being so accommodating!

Paradise hilltop views

Celebrated the 50th wedding anniversary of my parents along with my and my brothers family. Quiet serene location. Plenty of space for everyone. Each room had its own private bathroom. I can’t imagine a property with better views in Puerto Rico. I would suggest that you rent a Jeep as the slope of the driveway is extremely steep and not ideal for regular cars especially after a rain.

Great family vacation spot

This house was a dream. It suited our hodgepodge of family (16 total, ages 2-62) wonderfully. Each room had its own bathroom, 4 of 5 had access to a shared balcony with the 5th being a great room for the kids. We could have easily just stuck around as it had entertainment (games, pool/slide, outdoor sitting areas with stunning views) for all ages. Walmart and Ralphs were close by for grocery runs. The house itself is in a gated neighborhood with only one other residence. The driveway was alarming. It was a steep incline with a near 90 degree right turn without being able to see who is parked where at the top. After that initial trek, it wasn't an issue. The beach is not a walk away, but it is a 5 minute drive. There's plenty of beach gear (chairs/towels) at the house to take with you. There's plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance.

As advertised

Location and accommodations were outstanding! Our family of seven couldn’t have been more pleased with the elegance and privacy provided with this property. While we booked several excursions, this large house with multi level wrap around porches, beautiful panoramic views, nice pool, served as our favorite event. Our two toddler grandchildren tested the safety features, such as railings and doors. All passed with high marks. Paw Paw and Nana enjoyed relaxing with the little ones while the adult children pursued the plentiful nearby fun activities (seven seas beach, Marina Puerto Chico, etc). On a different note, the batteries need to be changed on the smoke alarms. At about 2am one morning, three of us did a “chirp and search”. After some time of creeping about the house and it’s many rooms we found three. After removing the batteries, we continued with a good nights sleep and laughed about it the next morning (Btw we replaced before leaving) Even with this slight annoyance, the magnificence and location of this property deserves a five star rating and I highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

My family visited Puerto Rico in December 2022 for my birthday. It was such a lovely property. The views were magnificent. The only negative thing is that the property had to undergo several repairs while we were there. They were repaired in a timely manner but started to add up.

Awesome place!

Stayed for 4 days and the place was absolutely awesome! The pictures don’t truly do the view justice. Property manager was very easy to contact and immediately helped with any needs we had! Will be coming back!

Large home with panoramic view

This home has a beautiful main floor with a panoramic view of the ocean. This is a nice house but the price to rent it is not comparable to the quality of the house. Our friends group has been renting an island home for 9 years, so we have been to a lot of different places. If this house was more reasonably priced for the value I would have given it a higher star rating. The pool is nice and clean. However, there is a limited pool deck so hard to "hangout" by the pool due to the small deck. Also, there are no stairs from the upper house deck to the pool. You have to go through the front door to get to the pool. We really like the bathroom down by the pool though. The main floor is spacious. The furniture in one of the living rooms has tears in the cushions. There were some exposed outlets. The kitchen does not have enough pots and pans. There are no cookie sheets. We needed more kitchen items to be able to cook better. There were no towels in the kitchen so we bought some from Walmart. The trash compactor did not work and had a disgusting fluid in the bottom of it. The air conditioners in the main kitchen were broken which we were not informed of until I messaged how to use the air conditioning. The outdoor deck had a great view with lots of great seating. There are lots of beds in the upper level that are comfortable. I wish the two main rooms with one bed had kings instead of queens. The Main bathroom is updated, but all the other bathrooms a little dated and not up to the standards of the home rental price. There was no check in process to show us the house. There was no book to tell us anything about the house and the area. However, Diana was great at responding to me when I had a question. It is a gated community with only three houses in the community so we felt safe. It is a great location as we could get to good restaurants and activities very easily from the house.

Beautiful!!!

To Diana, the host, Thank you very much for this beautiful experience. I cannot thank you enough! – Book this place as soon as you get the chance. This home is spectacular, with breathtaking views from every room. Unfortunately, the photos on the listing do not do any justice. All of the furniture, including the beds, are comfortable. Mornings here were bright and glorious, and the sunsets were just peaceful. The property had everything we needed, and we were surprised to see that most of the rooms had tubs with jets which was such a great bonus. The instructions for getting into the house were pretty straightforward, although we had to google the property to get directions to the location, which wasn't a big deal. We also had the pleasure of working with Juan, the caretaker who was a phone call away. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the many amenities with this one, like pre-stocking the fridge or ordering massages and bringing our furry ones along. I am looking forward to another stay here. My only suggestion is to add maybe a mechanism that heats the pool, and more lighting surrounding the property and the steep driveway. But, all in all, it was picturesque, we were satisfied, and everything was perfect, which was the point of it all.

It is the perfect villa for Families , retreats and friends get away. We also allow small intimate weddings.
