As you step inside this three-level home, approximately 2000 square feet in size, you'll be greeted by wood beam ceilings and expansive windows showcasing breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The beauty of Shasta Lake surrounds you, with every room in the house offering a stunning vista.

Accommodating up to 14 guests (max of 9 adults), this retreat boasts a well-thought-out arrangement of sleeping spaces that includes 1 King, 2 Queens, 5 Full beds, and 1 Twin rollaway, ensuring that everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep.
With 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full baths, and an expansive family room, the main floor offers an open-concept space with oversized windows, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty.
Step out onto the 50' wide decks with mature trees providing natural shading. Bask in the breathtaking views of the lake, marina, mountains, and wildlife from both the upper and lower decks. With a BBQ, fire pit, heat lamp, and a bubbling hot tub, you can create wonderful memories under the open sky.

With over two decades of cherished family memories at Shasta Lake, we, David and Lori, came to regard Shasta Lake as the highlight of our summers. It's a place where families can bond, and where the range of activities appeals to every age group, making it the perfect spot for a family getaway.
Our love for Shasta Lake runs deep, leading us to make a life-changing decision in 2015 when we purchased our first lakefront home, known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #1. The incredible experiences we had here were simply too good not to share and we knew our houseboat days were over after staying in this home.
A year later, we acquired the property next door, now known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #2, bolstered by the popularity of our first home, which had become a year-round favorite.
In 2019, our two grown sons also fell in love with this wonderful place, prompting them to buy a home on the same charming street, christened as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #3. They entrusted us with its management, a responsibility we take to heart. All three homes required significant investment and remodeling as they had been neglected for years.
After many requests from dear friends and neighbors, in 2021 we started managing other properties, which further enriched our collection. Although we only own two of them, today, we proudly represent 19 remarkable homes, each carefully selected for its unique charm, quality, and comfort. We firmly believe that an extraordinary home is the foundation of an unforgettable getaway, and we want nothing less than perfection for our valued guests.
Our journey doesn't end here; it's an ongoing adventure inspired by our passion for Shasta & the surrounding areas.
