Con 2 ampie zone soggiorno e una cucina completamente attrezzata, è perfetto per la tua famiglia numerosa per rilassarsi insieme e godersi la reciproca compagnia. La favolosa piscina / SPA con recinzione per piscina di sicurezza per bambini ti offre più divertimento dopo una lunga giornata a Disney.

Questa casa è idealmente situata nel famoso resort Hampton Lakes -Davenport che si trova sulla US 27 tra la Rt 192 e l'autostrada I-4. È noto come il "Triangolo d'oro" delle ville per vacanze. Hampton Lakes è il posto perfetto. È molto vicino alla I-4 a Champions Gate, che ti porterà a Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World Sports, spiagge sulle coste est e ovest, centri commerciali, numerosi campi da golf, Busch Gardens e il Centro spaziale. Ha sicuramente il meglio di tutti i mondi. Nel cuore della comunità, a pochi passi da questa villa, ci sono 2 campi da tennis, un campo da basket, un campo da beach volley e 2 campi da gioco per bambini. Fai una passeggiata panoramica nell'area che è circondata da palme o in 5 minuti d'auto ti porterà nella vivace area Rt 192 con folli campi da golf, ristoranti e negozi. Per il golfista appassionato, c'è il delizioso campo da golf Champions Gate a pochi chilometri di distanza (due campi da 18 buche entrambi progettati da Greg Norman).

Great vacation

The place was nice and big enough for the whole family , I liked the easy process of checking in/out and no face to face contact just text communication. Overall the place was great.

Perfect for families

This place was absolutely amazing it was a family of 19 of us that came from wi/IL area and everyone had fun from the ages of toddler to adults there was something for everyone to do…. Will be staying here again for sure

Beware! Owner expects AC thermostat to be between 74-78 and it won't go lower than 72

Not at all happy! I didn't notice no reviews for the last 2 years.So after it was to late to cancel we got the rules which state the AC has to be 74-78 degrees or it can freeze up. The thermostat won't even go lower than 72. People upstairs couldn't sleep until it cooled off at night. Lucky it was cool this time of year and one found a fan. Everyone else had to suffer.After that.1. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our downstairs bed makes you feel like you will roll off on one side. Others in our party complained that the beds were to hard2. People outside can look into the downstairs bedroom! It has 2 separate blinds with some gaping and doesn't have any curtains to block the view.3. We ran out of toilet paper early on day 34. Pool table is useless. The top sags in the middle and the balls roll to it after hitting them5. We couldn't watch TV in the downstairs bedroom without the closet light being on because the outlet is on the same circuit6. If you don't pay to heat the pool you can't use the hot tub7. Couches in the game room were old and peeled8. Overall it needs new stuff. It's all very dated9. Outside the house wasn't bad but still had some loose garbage on the ground10. 13 actual beds, not 15 beds, unless you try to count a crib and that's still not 15I can't recommend this property as it is.

I normally don't leave reviews

This property would be one that I would not want to visit again. It was Sandy and dirty when we arrived not enough blankets, to even cover the beds. And most places that you rent you at least have mixing bowls and so forth. This place didn't have that it's almost like you had to bring everything from your house to this house and for the cost you should at least have bowls and utensils. Hopefully they've updated.

Great place too far from Disney.

The property is great and the owner was extremely helpful. However the listing says 15 minutes to Disney. Our drive was no shorter than 35 minutes everyday once almost an hour.

Great place to stay

Property was clean, great location, & we received quick responses to questions/concerns. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Only issue was not enough garbage containers outside as trash pickup is only once a week and the garbage was overflowing when we arrived and by the end of our week stay, it was overflowing again.

This house definitely was big. It accommodated our large group. The pool and hot tub were very nice. There were some things that didn't exactly affect our stay, but could definitely use improvement. The house wasn't very clean. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. The tub for the kids didn't have a drain plug. The master bathroom tub didn't drain unless you held it up. We couldn't find a dustpan to sweep the floor while staying. This house has the potential to be great if some of these simple improvements are made. Overall I would probably not stay here again.

Stay away!

Paid extra for the pool to be heated ( didn’t happen). Our friends two houses over had a heated pool - no issues. Also, the game room was disgraceful, I would not allow my children to even be in there. The smell of smoke instantly aged my skin, absolutely disgusting! Like I said, stay away!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean had everything it advertised, lots of space for everyone, pool was nice and warm and clean hot tub was great! Neighborhood was quite. Would def recommend this place to others.

done on the cheap

Overall impression is not the best but the house is done on the cheap, cheap on necessities like trash bags, Towels, cleaning supplies and mostly the furniture.

Space was nice but nothing else was

The amount of space we had for the number of people we had was good, there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Other than that, we were not satisfied with this rental. When we first checked in to the house we opened the dishwasher and it was cover it black spots that looked like mold and smelled like it as well. We sent pictures and an email to the owner about it and that we had to go out and buy paper plates, bowls and silverware because we were not comfortable using the dishes that were in the dishwasher, and the only response that we got back was that the renters that were there before use stayed for 8 days and never said anything about it but that they would sent it to their management company. The house had other issues including the toaster did not work, the griddle they had was dirty when we got it out the pantry to use it, you had to hold the tub and sink plungers up the whole time to let the water drain out, one of the tubs up stairs creaked every time you moved and sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Also that same tub took forever to drain so by the time you were done with your shower you were standing in water to your ankles. There was a glass top table in the kitchen, and the glass was not attached to the actual table so every time you touched the glass it would slide. This was dangerous and a big headache for us because we had 3 young children staying with us. We did not even emailed the owners about anything after they did not seem to act liked they cared when we let them know about the mold in the dishwasher. The only thing we liked about the house was how much space it had. We would never rent this house again and wanted to write this review to warn others about it so they do not have to go through what we did.

Stay

The home was very spacious. I just wish there was a broom because a house that has 23 thru 27 yr olds can get a bit messy. Also we were very limited with cooking supplies which was not a problem since most of the times we weren’t really cooking. The rooms were accommodating for everyone but certain things need a little upgrade. Overall it was a good home.

Family Getaway

If you are looking for a spacious home, this home is the home to rent, however the home needs some work. There needs to be some updates to furniture, paint and game room. The pool area and home needs to be cleaned. The pool was good but also needs to be cleaned and the hot tub was not working during our stay. Discussed with owner and they seem genuinely concern but not sure if any changes will be done. Unfortunately I would not rent again.

Lots of room!

This house if great for a big group with 7 large bedrooms. The pool is wonderful too. There was only one problem with garbage removal that made me rate cleanliness a 3, but the inside of the property was very clean.

Nice little vacation

We were a group of 19 people from ages 1-45. We really enjoyed the stay. We will recomend for sure. Place was spacious, nice and clean.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a total of 14 of us and there was more then enough room. The house was clean and we had no complaints. Looking forward to our next vacation here.

FAMILY FUN TIME

The place is beautiful and was clean with plenty of space, towels, spoons, and forks. We had a wonderful time. We had a guest and the kids loved and fell in love with the "ostrich" (says my 5 year old grand). My family is already planning a trip for next year. We look forward to booking again for next year.

Great big place, easy to use and spread out

We stayed here for a conference in Orlando. It's not near Orlando downtown, which we knew and the owner also helpfully reminded us. This property was exactly what we were looking for, a big space for 7 adults to have their own room and have some shared living space.
