Unforgettable family vacation

We cannot say enough about this mountain paradise. Our family of 6 (4 sons ages 7-15) made so many special memories at this home. The highlights were the hot tub and the mountain top views. But equally impressive we're the adjustable, super comfortable beds, the huge porch, and the fun downstairs game and movie area. The bathrooms and kitchen were abundantly stocked, and every detail was thought of. Be prepared for a winding and beautiful drive to get up to the house, and a very high altitude, which may cause some physical reactions (we wish we would have researched this more.). The home is completely secluded, yet close to many fun activities at the Angel Fire Resort. We loved exploring the area, and while we were there we enjoyed white water rafting, horse back riding, and down hill mountain biking. What and unforgettable family vacation!!

Family Vacation

Great cabin with plenty of room for the family. Definitely requires all wheel drive in the winter time as stated in the property details. Host was quick to answer the few questions we had and the massage chair was an added bonus for everyone after a day on the mountain! Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen appliances.

Great mountain retreat

Such a fun cabin! It accommodated our two families perfectly and both kids and adults had a great time. The hot tub and game room were great and we even had deer come by the house. It's a beautiful location and it really is high up the mountain with some steep road. We had a fair amount of snow so a good car or chains are a must. We really enjoyed our stay! .

Great!!

We loved the location! It was a little bit of a drive but the views were breathtaking. It worked perfect for my family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the home theater. The owners and property manager were both easily accessible if needed. I wish we would have had a little more space in the kitchen to store our food and supplies but we made it work and we had an amazing vacation!

Beautiful Home!

Thank you for opening your home to me and my family. Everything was in perfect working order. We were impressed by and enjoyed all of the amenities in the home, especially the heated toilet seats. The notes you provided were a big help too with the theater room, which we used on multiple occasions. I can’t say enough good things about your home! Thanks again!

Beautiful property & wonderful amenities!

Our 5 night stay here was perfect! The house has everything you need and want. It was very clean, ready for us when we arrived and there are infect cards all over at just the right places when you are about to say, “how do I do this?”. Their informational book is awesome and the home owner/manager is very helpful and responsive! We loved it!!

A little slice of heaven - Ready to come back!

The house has a very comfortable layout, beautiful views, great sunsets, the only noise comes from birds! We had a family of 7 deer visit us several mornings, and very nice upgrades from when the pictures were taken (areas with new floors vs. carpet, and nicer dining table and chairs!). My teenage children LOVED the game room. It is 15 m from the bottom of the mountain/stores, but 100% worth it! You definitely need all wheel/4 wheel in the winter. My family would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Cindy with the management company for all her help! We didn't want to leave...

Great mountain get away

We had the best experience ever at a vacation rental! Views were amazing, the local chipmunks were super cute. Also saw deer, turkey and a fox from the deck. Mountain bike park was awesome and the downstairs game room was excellent. We had one issue where the fridge wasnt cooling well and the owner found a replacement and had it delivered and installed on a Sunday, yes a Sunday!! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Angel fire!

Great place to stay but could use cleaning

We stayed at this property for six days, and while it was a lovely home, with thoughtful touches everywhere and plenty of creature comforts, it was very dirty when we arrived (sticky, crumb-covered surfaces, dirty bathtub, very dirty floors and carpets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and dust everywhere — enough to cause some respiratory issues for us both ). I ended up having to clean the house myself before we could settle in, and once it was clean we enjoyed our stay. I did email the management company about the cleanliness issue the next day but never received a reply. I saw later that they noted that phone calls would be attended to faster than emails, so that may have been a factor in the lack of response, but we were there for almost a full week, so it seems odd that we would get no reply at all in that entire time.

Amazing family trip

I stayed here with my wife and kids. The house offers so much to do that theres no reason to leave. The house offers an amazing view and is only a 5 minute walk from the ski slopes. The deer will walk right up to you for food and even let you pet them. We didnt want to leave.

Angle Fire House

Really nice house, great view and affordable compared to others in the area. If you are allergic to cats the basement/game room is not a comfortable place to be. Other then that it was a great stay.
