Over all the Cottage of fantastic! It was cute, quiet and I could still hear the ocean in the background at night which was perfect for relaxation! My only complaint was the grill. When we tried to grill out, most of the parts were rusted out and the was moldy food from previous guests, and ants eeeeeverywhere. Other than that we all loved it and we do plan on coming back!

Great little House

This cottage has the perfect central location in the Outer Banks. We loved how close it was to restaurants and the beach.

Quick First Time Visit

Coconut cottage was so nice inside. Very comfortable for our family of four. Super clean, quiet cul de sac, close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the beach access with parking at Asheville Street.

Christmas vacation!

We came down for Christmas weekend for a family trip! We have a great time. The house was in a great location and was exactly how described. Was very clean. Definitely will try to stay at this house again in the near future!

Okay

This house was close to what we plan to do in the outer banks. While I noted the house was clean that’s about it. Several of the blinds did not work and there was no way to darken the house to sleep in. Area was quiet. I would recommend a handy man. Rug in living room is trip hazard, light bulbs are out. Really no where to really comfortable place for several people to sit.

Family Vacation

It was very convenient and in a nice neighborhood. However it did not seem like it was cleaned before we came . The blue chair was full of dog hair, the hallway bathroom shower curtains had stains on it as well as some of the rugs in the home and the sliding glass door didn’t work. But other than that it was a good stay

Great Overall Stay!

Loved the property and close proximity to the beach. House was a good beach vibe with great decor! Only two things I will say is that we did have a cockroach come up onto the bathroom sink counter in the master bath one night. That was the only one we saw but I thought you should know bc there’s typically always more if there’s one roach. And the second which really isn’t a big deal, but the tv gave us a lot of difficulties with streaming services/air play. We were able to manage but would be nice to have that looked at for future guests. All in all, we had a great stay!

Nice place for a stay but property managers were not responsive.

Overall, it was a nice vacation home to stay in. My big complaint, however, was that the property management company did not respond any of our inquiries. One question was made through the VRBO app. They had an auto response indicating the would be in touch soon, but never replied. The second question was by replying to an auto text in which they stated to reply to the text if we needed anything. Still no response. Poor customer service.
