Spacious Condo!!

We've stayed at VIsta Cay properties over a handful of times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in. The condo was extremely spacious and clean, and the ease of getting in and out of the resort was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice location and lots of room

I though it was a nice place. Dryer was on the fritz but the place did exactly what I needed. I would stay again. Plan to stay again.

Perfect

We’ve rented in a Vista Cay and really like it for convention center and family vacation. This condo was 3 br/3 ba in one level. No stair climbing!. It was very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, nice kitchen and family room. Easy in and out, and very secure gated resort. Close to restaurants and shopping . Loved it

Great location!

This is a fantastic location that is pretty much close to everything. It’s also great because it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms which is good when you’re traveling with friends. The only issue was the resort had updated the gate code so we had to wait for a response from the management team in order to access it. Also just make a note that your door code will not work even five minutes before your check in time and it takes a while for them to respond if it’s a weekend.

DIRTY

The place needs a good cleaning and updating. All the bedding was dirty. I had to wash it all before I was able to sleep on it. It smelled TERRIBLE. The dishes were dirty, carpet was stained, dishwasher didn't work, disposal didn't work. Mold in bathrooms. Not enough towels, no washcloths. Only one kitchen towel. Very minimal kitchen cookware that is not large enough to cook for more than 1 person.

Filthy Dirty- bedding not washed, stains

This was the worst experience we have had renting a property. Safety issues, filthy dirty, I have pictures. Lamp shades crushed. I have made at least 6 calls and several texts and no one returns my calls or texts.please call me at 248-872-9849

USTA and DISNEY Getaway

Property was clean. Enjoyed having three quiet bedrooms with three attached baths. Very low on paper products when we arrived with no extras in storage. Furniture was sparse and dated plus torn/marred, but clean. Felt comfortable during the stay. Very close to Publix. 20 Minutes to Disney and 25 minutes to USTA National Campus.

Stains on the carpets, hot/cold water reversed in one shower. Toilet flush lever not working. Pick a different unit in Vista Cay.

DIRTY!!!!

First, let me say that we have stayed in this complex before and had a wonderful experience. However, this condo did NOT live up to the rest. It started with poor directions. No mention that the buildings have separate numbers so when we arrived after hours, we had no idea where to find the condo. When we finally arrived, the first observation was that is was warm in the unit. So we turned the air down... only to realize in the morning (after sweating through the night) that the temperature had not changed and that the thermostat was fixed to go NO LOWER than 72° (which wasn't even accurate because it stayed 75°). When you come in from a full day at an theme park with a high of 94° and walk into a condo and everyone immediately says it's hot... there's a problem. As if that wasn't bad enough, the place was DIRTY! I mean gross. Dirty grout, cabinet doors that were hard to pry open, dust covered air vent cover to name a few. I would have loved to clean my body with a wash rag but they weren't provided. No wash cloths, paper towels, coffee filters. 1 trash bag and 1 dishwasher pod provided. That's it. The location is wonderful and the complex is nice but this condo needs a major overhaul before I would recommend it to anyone!
