Hi Hilary, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. I reviewed our communication during your stay and did not see any mention of a mold issue at that time. The only concern reported was the smoke detector in the third-floor bedroom beeping. We initially believed it was due to low batteries and replaced them twice; however, the issue persisted. As a temporary solution, we removed the battery and planned to fully replace the smoke detector after your check-out. After seeing your review, we conducted a thorough inspection of the unit and did not find any signs of mold. That said, we take your concerns very seriously and will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the home meets our standards. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your writing. We really appreciate your suggestions. We had a deep cleaning for this unit after Spring break. Recently we had bookings back-to-back for this unit that may have caused some cleaning issues. I will forward your message to our management team to see how to we can improve this unit. We will check all beddings, kitchen supplies, cabinets....If you have any chance to come back to us in the future, you will see a difference! Hello Richard. Your review is extremely unfair towards us. Despite us asking and checking in throughout your stay, you never responded or brought up any of the concerns that you mentioned in your review. You did not follow our check in instructions when you arrived on the evening of March 24th. You locked yourself out from the front door, exited through the garage, and then locked yourself out from the garage again without any communication with us. We had to call Emergency Locksmith Services in the middle of the night to replace the front door's lock so you could access the house. We really tried out best to help you and work with you in this situation caused your lack of communication and failure to follow check in instructions. We hoped that you appreciated our effort.
