3rd time renting this villa. Im from the northeast and I try to break up the winter months. I've rented many places and I would definitely say it's above average for a single level home. The pool and deck area are great. The pool is perfect, and the sun hits it all day.The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The houses are perfectly spaces apart for that part of FL. The house was clean and had plenty of plates, utensils, coffee cups and cookware. The bedrooms were as described, no complaints. Same goes for baths. The location is what I like the most, its close to everything. Disney, Universal and Orlando airport (MCO). Food stores, restaurants, gas and many major chain stores 5 minutes away either direction. I would definitely rent again.

Under One Roof!

I absolutely loved having my sons and daughter in law with their kids under one roof! Family is everything to me and time together away from our busy lives and responsibilities is priceless. House was very nice and neighborhood was pretty. Host staff was absolutely wonderful to me. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, kind, concerned and friendly staff. I will definitely reach out to this company the next time I am bound for Orlando! Wonderful experience all around!

Cleane and comfortable but..

Clean and comfortable house. Big enough to stay for 8 people and good location. We are pretty much satisfied with the house but there was a fire arlam issue. I recommend the management needs to check the arlam system because no one came to the house after i called the service center at the night. It also would be better if they have a big cutting board for cooking.

Property manager

The process after the instant booking with VRBO becomes troublesome. The property management, Alpha Vacations, made us do extra paperwork and give credit card info and ID. All that, after the booking was done and paid for. I really thought about canceling the whole booking. It made feel uncomfortable.

Nice Home!

Myself, husband, two grown children & spouses with 3 grandchildren stayed here....was thoroughly pleased. Nice home clean plenty of space for everyone.

Exactly what was described

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, has everything you need for a week+. Had absolutely no issues with anything. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. I would definitely go back and rent this house! 5 minute ride to everyday stores like Dunkins, Target, Pubix and 7-Eleven etc. We definitely had a relaxing and stress free week!!

Excellent property and management

The booking process and communication with the manager was excellent. Love the cleanliness of the home. Each room was well decorated and the beds were comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookwares. The covered patio and pool was the perfect retreat to unwind after the kids were gone to bed. We will definitely book this beautiful, well cared for home again.

The house was beautiful. It was very clean, plenty of towels and blankets but the washer was broke.

I called to let Wanda know the washer was not working and she requested someone to come but they never showed up There also was no sign saying to NOT jump in pool My mother jumped in and broke her knee

Kia, we are so sorry to hear about that! I hope you mother is doing well. We do have a full pool rules sign under the lanai on the pool deck for all guests to follow. These pools are standard residential pools that have a maximum depth between 5 and 6 feet - not large enough to dive or jump into. And I sincerely apologize about the washing machine - we rely on certified repair technicians when it comes to major appliances and I am so sorry they did not show up as scheduled. I truly hope that you still enjoyed your time here with us and in Florida and hope to see you again soon! Please give my best to your mother as well!

mini vacation

The house was great. I loved how the bedrooms were separated. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc. There was even a mixer and cookie sheets to make cookies. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. We didn’t have any issues while staying but Wanda answered all my questions prior to arrival.
