We rented this home after arriving back to Miami from a cruise on Sunday and stayed overnight before catching an early morning flight on Monday. The location was a short ride to the airport which was great. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so we could explore the city. We were grateful for that. The home has the potential to be super cute. The screen porch on entry is very quaint. As a short term rental owner myself, we are always eager to see how hosts showcase their spaces. This one could use some love! There was one set of well used towels hanging in the closet for each guest. The bed linens were thread bare. The mattresses and pillows are in desperate need of an upgrade. One bed was like sleeping on springs, another bed was just a thin foam mattress. The pillows are thin, dense, and flat as pancakes. While there were two extra pillows in the closet, they were in the same condition and zero linens for them. The furniture was too large for the space so it was hard to navigate each room. There were no welcoming items like coffee or water or ice. Zero ice trays or bucket for the ice maker. The kitchen towel looked used and dish soap and cleaning pads were thrown on a plastic plate near the sink and also looked used. By adding a little personality and color to the spaces, reconfiguring the furniture and providing mattress pads and better linens and towels this host could be making a lot better return on this investment.

Very nice property! Not the best neighborhood but it was quiet. One thing that would have been amazing is maybe a couple bottles of water in the fridge? We traveled all day and that would have been nice! We had to walk to the store to get some bottled water. Easy check in and out.

Perfect little place before our cruise. Miami port is about 25-30min so not too bad. One of our uber drivers warned us about the area and that it’s wasn’t the safest. We stayed in mostly during our stay due to traveling and being tired. There really wasn’t much around walking wise it seemed. The place had everything u need for a short stay. The area was well kept clean and included dishware. Communication was the most thing I was impressed with as I got a quick direct replies.

This property is in a perfect lication. I was staying due to going on a cruise. It was very clean, and very easy to get to Carnival Port. I enjoyed it so much that i will be staying in this property in December due to going on another cruise. Owners were very nice. All in all a very nice place to stay. I rate them a 10. NO complaints

Very thin walls, could hear the neighbors partying the whole stay. Woken up in the middle of the night by one of them repeatedly beating on our door. We were terrified, not knowing who it was, no peep hole in the door. There are 3 locks on the door, so that was a bonus. Beds were extremely hard, not comfortable to sleep on at all. Decent little area. Large screened in porch was very nice. Furniture in photos is not the same.

Clean, conveniently located little house to airport and port of call.

I was extremely pleased with the compassion/flexibility of owner regarding allowing us to leave luggage and baby stuff prior to check in time. We had five adults and a 1 year old so a lot of stuff to be lugging around. She also honored cruise discount rate when I mentioned. This appears to be a double unit home….we accidentally used screened in porch of the wrong unit for a short time before I realized our error. It appeared to be extremely clean also! Unit itself was very clean, not cluttered and provided exactly what we needed to rest from a travel day prior to our cruise. Literally less than 5 mins from airport and maybe 10 mins to port. Had no issues with Uber Eats or ordering our Uber to and from. Would definitely stay again if cruising out of Miami.
