Stayed here with my family and my small cavoodle. It was quite clean considering it being a pet friendly property, great location with beaches and cafes nearby. My dog loved walking around the neighbourhood. It’s obviously not a luxurious stay, however, it’s a very good, comfortable stay. Tbh it was a little difficult to reach the owner for questions but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back :)

Myself,my son,his wife and their baby girl stayed and we all enjoyed our stay at North Avoca.Whilst the property was not luxurious it was very comfortable,clean,and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay.It was very safe and secure for a child under 2 years. It was as I expected it to be.We would definitely stay there again.Close to great beaches and all amenities

We had a great family holiday here. Fantastic location right near North Avoca beach off leash area perfect for our dog and us to enjoy. Property was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Exactly as described and easy to check in. Would definitely stay again - thank you

Great location and good space but bathroom ceiling is covered in dangerous levels of black mould and the bathroom bin was full of bloody pads and tampons on arrival.Normally not one to write bad reviews but I’m pregnant and it was an overwhelming sight. Really needs to be fixed. Once the cleaning is sorted it would deserve 5 stars. Incredible location near the cafe and beach and close to Terrigal.

We had a nice stay but it was a small property with some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The photos looked better than what it was. The trundle bed was very dusty and was broken so we just used the mattress. It says sleeps 6 but it really only sleeps 5 comfortably.

Good option for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay in the property. It is an older, basic style beach cabin, but it was in a great location near the dog-friendly beach and the main bed was very comfortable, and the shower was surprisingly powerful. It suited our needs for a local spot near the lovely Terrigal and surrounding area.

Great spot

North Avoca is one of those areas that you would love to live in, the location of this is just perfect for the beach and a short 2 min drive to terrigal main town. The place was clean and neat with a good size tv to watch movies on those rainy nights.

Great place for a family holiday

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The location is terrific. North Avoca has all the essentials (cafe, general store and surf club) and its only a 15-20 minute walk down the beach to Avoca if the surf is a bit messy at the North end of the beach for the kids. The property is good and has all the essentials to make for a good family holiday with kids.

Easy to check in. Very clean property. Great location. Really short walk to the beach and a cafe. Use of BBQ and deck is nice addition. Owners are upstairs but does not hinder quality of stay at all. Would recommend.

Great location, neat and tidy.

The place was tidy. The location is ideal for a beach getaway. Short walk to Avoca beach with a dog friendly area and short drive to Terrigal. Tasteful, minimalist decor but comfortable, made you feel at home. The only problem - we didn’t book it for long enough. 😁 Would book again.
