The quintessential Queensland Beach House in the heart of the Sunshine Coast! Quite simply this cute beach house is a perfect location for your family holiday. A very short flat 130m stroll will find you on one of the Sunshine Coast's most stunning beaches. There are many places to cool off during your summer holiday at Malekula from the gorgeous Yaroomba (patrolled during school holidays) or Coolum Beach (patrolled all year) to the very private pool, lawn and gardens well shaded by natural bush. Perfectly positioned to many beaches (bus stop out the front so don't worry about transport), Cafes and Shopping with Noosa and Peregian just 10/15 mins up the road. This classic Coolum Beach House has a lot to offer from secure off Street Parking, secure rear garden, pool and lawn. Partially but tastefully renovated Malekula Beach House is ideal for one or two couples. A compact, well appointed living dining area spills out to a stunning pool/garden retreat (including servery). The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cook up a storm if the mood hits you but luckily some of the finest eateries are only minutes away! A generous sized Master bedroom includes a private deck and stunning bath. Enjoy that early morning coffee in complete privacy! Free Wifi is available along with Netflix. Both bathrooms are practical and rooms are fitted with very efficient fans. There is airconditioning in the master bedroom. There are many extra touches which add to the appeal of Malekula - our home with a holiday feel! Please note only small pets permitted on application. During peak season a minimum fee may apply. We cannot accept schoolies.

Fantastic family getaway

We couldn’t have had a more understanding owner, we accidentally turned up a day earlier and they made arrangements to accommodate us. The house is fantastic and the pool was just delightful. Walking distance to the beach and close to several shops and restaurants. Definitely going to book another stay there in the future.

This is a great place to stay. A very clean and tidy home in a great location. Possibly the best equipped house that we have stayed in. Communication with the owner was easy. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The house is as advertised. Both the outdoor and indoor seating is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Good wi fi and netflix provided. Good garden for a dog, well fenced. Nearby shops at Mt Coolum are good. Short walk to beach. The outside area is lovely.

Had a great 9 day break. The house is within walking distance to the beach, dog friendly, clean, bright and comfortable. Everything you need is accessible. Jacinta was a great host - available and went the extra mile. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely go back.

Tranquil Dog Friendly Home with Pool

Jacinta our host was wonderful to deal with and provided us with plenty of information, not only on her lovely holiday home, but on what to do and where to go in the local area. Unquestionably the most well equipped homes we have stayed in with the kitchen and pantry having everything you could possibly need. The master suite upstairs is beautiful, with a lovely balcony/deck opening out from the sliding doors overlooking the nature reserve and tropical rear yard and pool area. Wonderful home for an outdoor entertaining with a stunning modern glass fenced pool, with a shaded gazebo and daybed. Everything you need from casual outdoor seating, outdoor dining table and BBQ. Most impressed was our little Spoodle Archie, who dragged us enthusiastically on a quick 5 minute walk to the beach twice a day. Very secure property for anyone with a little dog. Highly recommend this lovely property.

Carefree getaway

Older, partially renovated beach house in a convenient location. Our dog was secure and happy, and there was enough space for our family of 5 to relax and restore. The outdoor back area was my favourite place to sit as it didn't feel like you were on a main road, just surrounded by trees. Thanks for excellent communication Jacinta.

Relaxed pet friendly stay

We enjoyed our stay at Malekula Beach House, it had a lovely, secure garden for our dog to play in and offered all the comforts of home. There is a great dog friendly coffee shop a couple of meters down the road. The beach is easily accessible and there are many walking trails nearby to explore. It's a nice, quieter alternative to the busy Coolumn Beach.

This was our first time booking through Stayz and also booking pet friendly accomodation. And we feel we hit the jackpot. The house has everything you need, and then some. Pool and outdoor area was perfect. It is obvious that Jacinta cares about you enjoying your stay. Check in was super easy. We will definitely be back.

The Proximity to the beach and so many other attractions and family friendly. As our personal home this property has a lot a extra features to add to your enjoyment! From the complete privacy in our pool garden which is well shaded by natural environment to the secure and large off street parking. There is plenty of escape areas for the adults!
