Cotton Beach - Beachfront Villa w/ Private Pool - Paradise Casuarina

This villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway in Paradise.. Relax and unwind by the pool, enjoy the beautiful surrounding tropical gardens, take in nature walking along the boardwalk and stroll on the pristine soft sand beach which stretches for miles. Theres plenty of outdoor activities within steps from home, and scenic drives to wonderful nearby towns.

The Space

Just 15 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. You have your own private infinity plunge pool on the entertainment deck. Master bedroom with King Bed, garden view and ensuite bathroom with deep, relaxing bath. Second bedroom with King Bed (or Twin on request) and ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom with Queen Bed. Please let us know which beds / bedrooms you require upon booking, and linen will be prepared accordingly. All bedrooms have mirrored built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans to keep you cool.

The apartment is modern with tiled living spaces and carpeted bedrooms. The living space has a ceiling fan, leather couch, 6 seater dining table and large flatscreen Smart TV with all the streaming apps installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances including Nespresso coffee machine. The laundry has a washer, dryer and tub.

Beach access is equipped with showers, BBQ facilities, kids playground and recreational boardwalk which leads to Cudgen Nature Reserve and Cabarita Beach to the South, and Salt Village Markets and beach town Kingscliff to the North. The Boardwalk is flat and fantastic for walking or cycling along the beach reserve and stretches for many kilometres.

The resort has it's own Indian restaurant called "Maharaja" which is open from lunch to dinner Tuesday to Saturday and dinner on Sundays. It is fully licensed with local tap beers at the bar and tea and coffee available at the cafe. There is also many local cafes in town and shopping districts with supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways catering to all needs within minutes drive.

Guest Access

Available as a 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom apartment. Our base rate is for 2 guests using only the master bedroom and exclusive use of the rest of the living areas. After 2 guests, we only charge per guest per night for access to the additional bedrooms, as twin share. This provides fair value so our apartment is accessible to couples, families as well as groups, as we only charge for the rooms, linen and cleaning you require. Please note that unreserved bedrooms will be locked and we require your requested bedding requirements upon booking so we can prepare the linen and bedrooms accordingly. Please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure of our guest fee / room structure.

Guests will have full private access to the whole ground floor apartment and the bedrooms required, including large balcony with private plunge pool, private access gate to resort facilities, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, lounge room, laundry, high speed internet via NBN, undercover secure carpark, direct garden access to the beach, resort gymnasium, heated lap pool and lagoon pool. Your stay in our apartment includes complimentary casual access to Casuarina Fitness Club.

Interaction with Guests

Guests will be welcomed by myself or our lovely co-host who lives close by. You will be provided with keys and security tag for underground carpark and lifts. As your host I am always available to contact during your stay.

Other Things to Note

This villa is very close to the beach and nature reserve. You will be waking up to the songs and calls of the local birds - great for nature lovers with plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife including Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos, White Bellied Sea Eagles, Blue Faced Honeyeaters, Friarbirds and resident Brush Turkeys.

COVID-19

Although we have a strict cancellation policy, if your trip has been impacted by travel restrictions, we are more than happy to apply your booking payment as a credit to book a different date in the future. Your booking may also be eligible for free cancellation under this platform’s extenuating circumstances policy.

We have boosted our hygiene protocol and follow rigorous cleaning guidelines. We use the highest grade hygiene system for linen which includes triple sheeting for bed linen, and is professionally laundered between each guest. We are also committed to an enhanced sanitation routine to ensure the highest safety for our guests.

Paradise Casuarina’s home is located in Casuarina, New South Wales, Australia.

Casuarina is a very special family friendly beachside town, surrounded by nature and ideally situated on the beautiful Tweed Coast between Kingscliff Beach and Cabarita Beach. This area is well known for its relaxed village lifestyle and luxurious resorts, offering a long stretch of pristine coastline with all the modern offerings but without the hustle and bustle of the crowds and high rises that you find further north on the Gold Coast.
